I had replaced the entire exhaust system just six months earlier, so I was surprised when they quoted nearly $1,000 for the heat shield, claiming it was not included in the prior work. After discussion, the manager agreed to cover it. However, this left me questioning the clarity of their previous service descriptions. While the car was in the shop, they recommended replacing the rear sway bar. The estimate instead referenced "rear suspension" at around $700, even though I had replaced the full suspension (front and rear) only two years ago. Again, they stated the prior work did not cover this component. These inconsistencies have seriously damaged my trust. When I returned to pick up the car, an employee handed me a broken key (the electronic component had detached). Staff then made rude comments, suggesting I find another service center and telling me they no longer wanted me as a customer. A manager joined the conversation and the interaction became confrontational. The main issues appear to be vague terminology, poor communication about what parts are included in repairs, and unprofessional handling of customer concerns. As someone who is not a car expert, I felt misled and no longer confident in the services I had paid for over time. This experience has cost them a long-time loyal customer. I was having a problem with oil pressure on my 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 4.8L. I had replaced the…read moreoil pressure sensor myself some time ago, but I was again getting a check engine code about my oil pressure sensor. I took it to Auto Impressions and they replace the oil pressure sensor. about 2-4 weeks later the check engine code for the oil pressure sensor came back. I went and talked to Auto Impressions and we discussed several things that could be causing the code and possible solutions. As they were troubleshooting the issue, they discovered that the problem was the oil filters I was using. I was using a big name brand oil filter, the same brand that I used all my life on all my cars. It was restricting my oil flow. Auto Impressions replaced my oil filter with a Wix brand filter and my oil pressure went up 10-15 psi, back where it should be. Auto Impressions was diligent and honest, They could have tried several of the other measure we discussed to address my oil pressure issue. Instead, they paid attention to the details and found the root cause which turned out to be inexpensive. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. Thank you Auto Impressions!!

What should have been a standard service appointment quickly turned into a humiliating ordeal due to the actions of an older mechanic on staff 6/8. From the moment we arrived, the unprofessionalism was staggering. The mechanic made snarky, derogatory comments about my husband to another customer right in front of him, and then deliberately ignored my husband's presence until he was forced to step forward. Even then, the mechanic refused to greet him and simply snatched the keys. The situation escalated unnecessarily when the mechanic became aggressive, falsely claiming our car's windows were illegally modified and tinted. Despite my husband remaining completely calm, polite, and explaining that the windows were factory-standard, the mechanic used it as an excuse to double down on his hostility. It was entirely clear that this was not just a case of poor customer service, but targeted bias. No paying customer should ever be subjected to this level of disrespect and malice. If you "look different", I strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere to avoid being humiliated by this staff's ignorance. Management seriously needs to look into their team's behavior, as we will never step foot in this place again.
