One of the worst experiences when getting a slow leak checked. They did not rotate my tires and tried to upsell me new tires. Also very dishonest when told change was taken out of my car. I recommend you go to AVN Motorsports of 1701 Autocare instead for better deals and honest service. read more

Been to this place twice now and the service is amazing! I had my car serviced here due to an engine misfire and issues with my tire sensor. I had one of my ignition coils and tire sensors changed, took less than 3 hours before getting it back. Jose was really accommodating and honest. He answered all of my questions and gave me an honest reply too. I asked if I needed to change my all of my sparkplugs and coils too and while he suggested that for my car's age (Almost 16 yrs old) it might need it soon, he didn't pressure me into doing any kinds of service. He was more than welcome to give me a quote and explained the details of the cost for the replacement (which I eventually got too). He gave me different options too for the parts since there were different kinds (and prices). He was very transparent and gave fair prices. I came back a second time when I felt a misfire on the way home and brought it right before closing. I looked for Jose again since I had a phenomenal experience with him the first time, and he immediately offered to scan my car the second I got there and true enough it was another coil. what can I say, it's all over the news, since the pandemic shops having hard time to finding mechanics so shop owners are paying more money for mechanics and thus ripping consumers to make up their difference. so it is hard to find trustworthy and honest mechanics these days. I've been coming here for a couple years now, these guys are honest and very transparent when it comes to pricing. I was referred here by one of my friend who had his cars worked on by Jose, who was a service advisor at Ford for many years and knows Ford/Lincoln vehicles very well. We towed our Ford Escape hybrid here after the main engine/electrical harness got damaged after a tire blow out, since Ford doesn't even sell the harness anymore, Ford has no way to fix it. Jose was able to save the vehicle by rewiring the harness, took him a few days but he did the miracle. Another thing is we had this hybrid for many years and had taken it to few different shops for maintenance, not one shop had told us there is a hybrid filter in the trunk until we serviced it here when Jose recommended it. We are just amazed by his knowledge on Ford and had recommended a few forum members to here already, and will be coming here in the long haul. read more

Come nearly 3 years later, I was back today for a repair to address an embedded nail. Humble approached people, but secretly very greedy sales strategy (sweet poison). Super expensive, problem did not get solved, even after two visits and thousands of dollars spent. They said there was no coolant leak, so they replaced two fans; few days after second repair visit, major coolant leak happened. Regretted all appreciation I had previously given to them, felt ripped off and cheated, repair guarantee is a bluff. Technically, they did not know, how to diagnose problem, so they fixed something, to get paid and commissions, only good part was customer waiting room. Based on pre-covid experience with Mr. Guido, I was very hopeful by the humble approach of new brand and new folks, but got monetarily beaten and time lost with no results. Another shop instantly identified exact leak area with their tools and fixed problem within few hours at reasonably honest price, that shop staff went beyond their business hours. I had a warranty repair on my tires for balancing due to vibration while driving. When I took the car home after the repair, I noticed the rim weights they installed were just laying on my driveway. I looked the the wheels and the rest were just barely hanging on the rims. It was poorly installed they didn't bother to wipe off the dust in order to make the weights stick on the rim. I had to go back and get this corrected. I'm not really happy with their service. read more

This review is long overdue because these guys are AMAZING! Over a year ago I hit a large and low curb, killing one of my front tires. One of the administrators from the front office of the school I had just finished subbing at, came to my rescue and immediately took me across the street to Big Discount Tire Pros. it was also shortly before they were closing for the day. not only did they have the tires that I needed in stock, but they also checked the area underneath my vehicle to make sure I had done any other damage to my car. The incident did thrown off my alignment a bit but they were very honest in telling me and that while they could do one for me, it wasn't something that required my immediate attention and to come back when/if I felt it needed to be done. Fast forward to this past week. I had somehow wound up with a very large bolt in one of my front tires and my Dad, who usually helps me figure out what needs to be done immediately and where to go for them, was doing his best to help while also preparing for unexpected chemo treatments that had been scheduled for him. I was fairly certain that I needed and also wanted four matching tires to be put on my car at this time and he wanted to take me to Costco for them to do the job. I don't have a Costco membership, but quickly realized that he was in no position to be helping me out. So, I made a quick decision and ordered the four tires I wanted for my car, online from Walmart, who would receive and install them. The night before that appointment, I realized that Walmart may not do alignments and that putting the new tires on my vehicle without one was a really bad idea. I also wasn't feeling really comfortable having Walmart do any work on my vehicle since I hadn't use them before I didn't know what type of work they did. After looking online, I found that in fact, Walmart did not do alignments. I made a few frantic last minute calls, to tire shops in the area, looking for one that could mount and balance the tires I'd purchased, as well as squeeze in my very delayed and over due alignment. I left a message at Big Discount Tire Pros while picking up my tires and calling a few other tire shops. Jose called me back as soon as he was available (which didn't take long) and told me they could absolutely do the work before closing for the day. I was thrilled when approaching the address because I realized it was the same great place I had used way back when I had popped the previously mentioned front tire after driving onto the low curb. I'll just end this review by saying they did a fantastic job aligning my car, after installing my four new tires in under an hour and a half, even though I didn't have an appointment or purchase my tires through them. Their pricing has been more than reasonable both times that I went there and I appreciate their honesty and patience in answering my questions. even though I know a little bit about cars and I've been around them my whole life it was nice to go to a place where I can comfortably recommend everyone, including female ones who may not know much about cars and don't want to be taken advantage of. read more

Extremely great place to go. I didnt get names but the two guys working the front counter at the end of the day on 5/20/23 were terrific dudes. Huge shoutout to the guy that quoted me and got the job done. Came in with my rims and tires for them to mount. One of the tires had a blowout and i needed to get the rest of the tire removed from the wheel. It had rubber all along the edge of the rims. The tire like completely blew out thats why. The guy had some issues at first taking the rest of the torn up tire off but he got it done and didnt scratch my rim. Thats skill right there. Thank you to the guys at Big Discount Tire Pros.
