I was in desperate need of shoe repair after running my favorite pair of boots into the ground for the third year in a row. After a quick call, the guys at Interstate swooped in and were able to transform my scuffed up boots into nearly perfect shape. The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star review was the work they did on my leather jacket. They did an excellent job touching up the faded color spots but I wasn't in love with the patch job done on the lining. While each pair of shoes was reasonably priced at under $20 a pop, my jacket was $100+ and had literal patches that rub awkwardly on my arms whenever I wear it. Not the end of the world, just would have taken it elsewhere if I would have known they weren't going to sew up the tears. Don't think twice about taking your shoes or favorite bag here for some much needed TLC. So grateful for their workmanship and won't think twice about dropping off my investment pieces for some much needed TLC in the future! read more

I've been here a few times with a bunch of my heels and it is my trusty go to shop. They've been able to fix every pair of my shoes except one (but that's because I did some pretty bad damage on them). I usually take them to get the caps on the bottoms of my heels replaced when they get worn down. Costs $10 and is usually ready by the next day. There is a strong smell in the shop (probably from shoe polish and other products inside) but usually you're just in and out. This place is highly recommended!!! read more

Proceed here with caution unless you like wasting money. I paid $30 (which they charged upfront) to have Velcro attached to my straps. The job was completed quickly but i can barely close the strap and now the shoes are too tight. The owner said "we did what you asked" multiple times and then tried to get me to pay $15 for them to fix their mistake. read more

It's very easy to miss this little store. No flashy sign, and it was next to a barbershop. Anyhow, I somehow managed to broke the stitch on a new left shoe, causing it to be very "loose" when I walk and the thread was obviously sticking out. I was kinda iffy about whether or not I could find a shoe repair place in this small town. I did my research, walked here during work lunch, and 2 days later, voila! My left shoe look normal again. He gave me a fair price to replace both the heels and soles on two pair of women's boots (the price was comparable to another shop in the area). Additionally, the customer service was better than average. I was on a tight budget and deliberating whether to repair one pair of boots or both - Diego did not once make me feel uncomfortable for needing time to think about the investment and was in fact very friendly, offering advice as well as alternate solutions. I had a pair of duty boots resoled there. The guy told me they'd be done in four days. I went to pick them up and I didn't realize I had to pay in cash, I only had my credit card. He told me don't worry and just pay next time. The boots look great and his work is solid. He even shined them up for me. Dealing with him was easy and I'm very happy. The price was very cheap too. Needed to get the heels replaced on my favorite boots. I called at 9:30 am on a Friday to see how long it would take. To my surprise, the guy said by end of day (other shops I'd gone to had taken a week). They were as good as new and only cost $12! This guy is AWESOME!! I brought my black boots there mind you they were old and beat up(8yrs old). This guy made them NEW again! He changed the whole sole because yup i worn a hole right threw! He fixed them up and even hit them with some color and polish, i was happy to pay $35 and the best is they were ready in 2 days, say Whatttttt, he is awesome, only down fall is he's a heavy smoker so the boots and me came out smelling but, who cares he fixed my boots and he did an amazing job!
