I did their 16 week program and saw amazing results. Although the program is a little bit pricey, it is 100% worth the money! I'm now pain free and my range of motion has greatly improved. I've also suffered from motion sickness since I was a little girl and this has decreased immensely following the program. It's crazy how spinal misalignment can impact your body in so many ways and how these little cervical adjustments can go such a long way. Peak Chiropractic's approach to care is different than any other chiropractic service I've ever been to. They make individualized adjustments based on your X-rays without any twisting, cracking, or popping of the spine. Following adjustments you relax in this room with reclining chairs, dimmed lights, and gentle music where you allow your body to acclimate following your adjustment. This relaxation room is a unique aspect to Peak Chiropractics services and it is honestly such a treat because it allows my body to truly relax and rejuvenate without any outside stress. I also love how you get a bunch of goodies when you sign up for the 16 week program, such as supplements and a supportive pillow. Another thing that I enjoy about their business is that they respond via text messaging. There's many times while I'm at work or I'm out and about and I'm not able to physically call them, but I can send a quick text and they literally respond in less than 15 minutes. They have been amazing at getting me in last minute or rescheduling me. This flexibility has been super convenient and valuable to me given my hectic schedule that is constantly fluctuating. Extremely educated very experienced and professional while showing much care. They were able to find the balance between pushing me towards my limits while knowing when to ease up. I did the prescribed home exercises religiously and my final post op visit to my shoulder surgeon , William Lindburg, MD of Allied Orthopedics at DOC - Meridian, went as well and even better as they have seen. I truly enjoyed going to my regular PT appointments where Cara, my primary PT always greeted me with a smile, questioned me about progress and if I had any issues. She listened carefully and responded accordingly- an excellent communicator besides an AAA+++ DPT. I am truly already missing her, the talented "necessary torture queen" ( meant in a nice way). The front office staff were great to deal with always greeting me with smiles and working with my seemingly regular need to make changes in my appointments due to conflicts that always seemed to come up. In particular was Erin who worked wonders making necessary changes to accommodate me. I couldn't be more satisfied with my complete experiences at Pioneer Sports and Pain Center but wish I could have more appointments because I miss Cara, Dee and Erin and how they treated me. They were professional yet enjoyed having some fun talking about things. I highly recommend Pioneer Sports without hesitation and actually hope that I have new needs for PT so I could return.

I started getting a headache bc I was left on face for a bit of a long time. I ended up getting up from the bed with stem still on my back to call front desk to tell them I was still on the bed for 20 min and they forgot about me. I did get an apology from the doctor, but nobody else said one thing to me when I was walking out. I was really upset seeing that I was a new patient and this is the way I was treated. I will return though and give them another chance. I do like Dr B and he has done some good work on my neck pain.
