Someone named Irene answered and said that she would be able to help me. I made an in person appointment. At first, I was impressed as this Irene person helped me apply for health insurance and walked me through the process. Then, she said she would send me the link that Denise had to look at dental insurance. I am still waiting for that information despite numerous attempts to make contact. I texted, I sent several e mails and I tried to call with no results. I had originally walked away from this office thinking I might want to do future business with this office. However, this is no longer the case. I am still without the information that I am needing. I will also not be recommending this office to anyone at all. I believe that I was ghosted because Irene would not be able to make any money off of me based on my needs. How sad and disappointing this is. Please go elsewhere. I wholeheartedly do not recommend this business at all.

Was told I could not do this without power of attorney. Asked for alternatives and proceeded to get lecture on why this policy is in place by a guy that sounded as if he has maybe all of 20 years old. They want to continue billing him through his bank. I see other negative reviews here that have no response. As a business owner I would be concerned. Apparently Ms Rojas is not.
