Unfortunately, I did not feel valued as a potential customer and will not be returning. I would not recommend this store based on my experience. Thank you for taking the time to respond. I'd like to clarify that my concern was never about your appointment policy. If fittings require appointments, I completely respect that. What I did not appreciate was the manner in which I was spoken to when I walked in. The tone felt dismissive and unwelcoming, which is why I left feeling disappointed. After leaving, we sat outside at La La Land for quite some time and did not see a 3:00 appointment arrive at or shortly thereafter. Regardless, whether a client was scheduled or not, professionalism and courtesy are what I value most in a retail experience -- especially in a high-end boutique setting. We all have challenging days, and I genuinely understand running a business solo. However, it's never okay for a customer to feel spoken down to or unwelcome. We actually stopped at this location twice, because my husband didn't tell me about a lingerie set that he saw on the clearance rack until after we left the store.
