Sometimes people come in and appear to cut to the front of the line, which is annoying when there is usually a wait for your order, even when you call ahead. Perhaps they call ahead and figure they get to skip to the front, but it makes it messy for customers who have been standing in line, despite calling ahead, to wait for their food.
