But, After further investigation upon returning home and viewing the comparison of the original image and, actual artist work performed it's NOT ANYWHERE NEAR CLOSE TO THE ACTUAL IMAGE PROVIDED! Thinking back to the paper proof of the image it wasn't actually shown to my girl. The proof image was placed on her arm and I approved it (I take full responsibility for trusting the tracer to do the right thing). That was my mistake that we have a daily reminder of. It remains to be seen if the real question of whether the tracer will take the assumed responsibility for the poor fate that was imposed upon her! It doesn't look bad (opposed to good) but , it's not even close to the image provided. If there was a reason to alter the image the tracer should have advised as such at the onset. Another lesson learned was I payed with ZELLE. If I would've paid by credit card I could've disputed the charge! Needless to say. We had an appointments to return today Sunday for additional work for myself as well as her as today October 29 is our together anniversary. What's done is done. Also to add insult to injury we or should a say she has to look at this everyday! NOTE- After close observation of actual work done by tracer Robert C. It looks NOTHING LIKE THE IMAGE PROVIDED. This cozy space is run by 2 local tattooers who go by appointment only & occasionally offer space to some of their good friends who also throw down amazing ink. Since it's in the center of West Palm Beach they're located inside a shared building with a barber shop on one end & nail salon on the other. Pine & Palm Tattoo sits comfortably in one of the allotted spaces, as well. 2 work stations, cool wall art, a TV & solid lighting is all you need to run a dope shop. They check all the boxes here. Dylan was nothing but welcoming as soon as I got there. He told me about his space & the styles they specialize in. I also noticed that he's super open to tackle any subject matter as long as he's comfortable with it. Nowadays you see artists who are set in their ways & won't budge when it comes to their style so I thought that was cool. While American Traditional is his main thing, he puts out some incredible anime, neotrad & black & grey work. Brandy's work is bright & cute; her lining is precise & her color saturation is amazing. If you're looking for just about any style, one of them is sure to get you right! After being tattooed for over 12 years this is the first time I've been to a private shop. I've always assumed they would be very particular when you got there but this was one of the most relaxing experiences I've had. To best sum it up, you'll receive the epitome of "southern hospitality" here. As a south Florida native, that's something I can appreciate.
