I have read a lot of negative reviews on this company but I had a good experience from them. I can't speak to the security monitoring, but I contracted them to run cable from my guest house to the main house to connect the network and coax. Frank did an excellent job even with additional challenges of straight 90 degree bends in the conduit to additional blocks in the wall for the network drop. He found the space first try without additional damage to the wall. Everything looks professional and the network is now connected! read more

They installed our system in our new home as they were contracted by our builder. Their monthly monitoring fees are outrageous so we went with another monitoring company who was completely unable to activate because of the poorly installed hardware. They also were recommended, by the builder, to hang our tvs. Our large tv mounted onto our custom stone fireplaces is crooked by over an inch - so now they have to re-drill and correct which has taken over a month to do. They additionally were to install another tv and came completely unprepared with the correct hardware - to come back has additionally taken over a month to do. I would never recommend this company. They misrepresented what I was getting. I did not know I was going to be stuck paying them for three years, then after that time they would come take ALL the equipment and sensors away! They even took the smoke alarms! I couldn't figure out a way to give them zero stars. Stay away. Very over priced. VERY over priced. We went with them because we bought a new house and they put in the system and they came highly recommeded from the builder. We signed a 3 year contract (that was the only way they'd do it) and that was ALL my fault. No tricks, they didn't twist my arm. But I regretted it. Beyond slow in reacting to alarms, THEY decided whether or not to send the police when/if they couldn't get us and we ever had an alarm going off, and then when my company relocated me (and we sold the house), with 4-5 months left on my contract, there was absolutely no wiggle room. The response I got from their very friendly (that was sarcasm) rep was "you signed the contract and you owe us." That's a quote. I gladly paid them the last 4 months just to be done with them. STAY AWAY. I really would like to give them something LESS than zero stars. You've been warned. read more

Bad customer service. They rush and talk to you soo fast while they're installing that you barely have enough time to read over the contract. They have no other ways for you to sign up unless it's for a lengthy time. Signed the contract (unfortunately) and now that we have to move out of state they have no clause to let you out of the contract. My husband tried to talk to them but then they basically tell you how crappy of a person you are and to tell everyone that we the customer doesn't like to stick to a contract. Haha quite funny considering we've lived in numerous apartment buildings that will let you out of a lease if you move. They seriously need to change their strategies and make it more affordable on those whose circumstances have drastically changed. Ohhh and I love the part where the supervisor told my husband that for every bad review they get they happily return a comment telling everyone that the customer didn't want to stick to their contract. It's people like this that makes my husband regret serving time in Iraq to protect:( I'd recommend going with a company that does month to month. Also their equipment is sub par, customer service sucks! They're raping the customer of their hard earned cash and taking advantage of them period! read more
