There was noticeably limited time committed to working on my neck/shoulders/upper and lower arms/hands/quadriceps/feet, which all needed the work, too, given that it was supposed to be a "body" massage. Generally, approximately 30 to 60 seconds of time and "light" massage only was committed to each of these other body areas. Cleanliness. The massage room floor looked dirty and could've used a good scrubbing/sanitizing, especially since I was barefoot on it. While lying on my back, my head was resting on a decorative pillow like that found on a sofa, but it didn't have a proper sanitary cover, so it's implied that other customer's heads had previously been resting there too. I had a scratchy, ragged and torn, threadbare washcloth placed as a covering over my face while I was lying face-up on my back.
