You drive your car to the back of the shop where there are 2 lanes. A mechanic will tell you which lane to go to and will ask you a series of questions. There is a car scent (choose a scent from lemon, vanilla, clean car, or baby powder), vacuum, windshield wash, and 14-point check included for no extra charge! I sat in the waiting room for maybe 10 minutes before my name was called saying they were done! Very impressed with how quickly they were able to complete everything and my car feels and smells good as new! The staff were extremely professional and did not recommend unnecessary extras. I drove over, checked in, dropped my keys off, and waited. He told me it would be about an hour (which turned out to be an accurate estimate). The good news is they said they were able to patch up the tire and I didn't need to buy a new one! I was surprised and relieved.
