Report in here and let the drill instructors in the parts department explain it to you and sell proven parts and supplies needed to maintain your home on wheels. Before he reached the door, the owner called out that he was an ***hole and needed to leave. He asked him to repeat it in case he misunderstood. He tried to remind him he was a regular customer whom the employees were familiar with, but he only continued. We have never met an owner so eager to dismiss customers, that it didn't even require adequate reason. Absolutely horrid man who doesn't deserve the helpful staff he has under his rule. She then came to my home promptly to measure for the shades. The day my shades arrived at her business she called to let me know and also notified her installer, Nate they were ready to be installed. He came the following day and put them all up perfectly. He explained to me how they work and answered any questions I had. All of the Hunter Douglas products have a lifetime warranty which is fantastic if there are any problems in the future with mechanical parts or blinds or shades themselves.
