Neither knew of this product, and both suggested something that wouldn't work. (I'll add that it was not their fault to not stock the item, not a particularly common thing) After the owner insisted the item they had would work, he quietly turned away toward the exit. Before he reached the door, the owner called out that he was an ***hole and needed to leave. He asked him to repeat it in case he misunderstood. He then kept telling me my new title and threatened to call the police if he didn't leave. He tried to remind him he was a regular customer whom the employees were familiar with, but he only continued. We have never met an owner so eager to dismiss customers, that it didn't even require adequate reason. Absolutely horrid man who doesn't deserve the helpful staff he has under his rule. Also doesn't help that he's the owner, Larry, and corporate can't do anything to help all of these people talking about how terrible he is, including his employees. I wish there were negative stars. She then came to my home promptly to measure for the shades. The day my shades arrived at her business she called to let me know and also notified her installer, Nate they were ready to be installed. He came the following day and put them all up perfectly. He explained to me how they work and answered any questions I had. All of the Hunter Douglas products have a lifetime warranty which is fantastic if there are any problems in the future with mechanical parts or blinds or shades themselves. I highly recommend Homestuff Interiors in Inverness for quality window treatments and great service and installation.

The employees on our project (except for Sandra and Eva - they rock) lack attention to detail. We had incorrect doors hung on one cabinet, 2 cabinets gouged due to careless removal, and vent and plumbing cuts that look like my 5 year cut them, the hardware/fixtures where installed sloppily and crooked, our microwave vent was broken during reinstallation. We even had a guy leave for lunch and never return. Bob immediately took responsibility and brought in a gentleman by the name of Mark who fixed what he could. Fast forward to backsplash installation. I had to call the office to have the install instructions explained by Bob. We were all on the same page so I thought. After 1/2 days work the job was not completed and the tile was hung so poorly that it needs to be taken down and rehung correctly. I emailed Bob and this is the response I got: Good morning, It appears that at this point we/AHRC owe you a full credit for the backsplash. Please feel free to seek a different installer. The balance will be minus the backsplash tile credited back to you. Thank you While I appreciate the tile credit what about all the other damages? And how could you quit without even viewing how the tile was hung? I wish AHRC the best, but would not recommend for a kitchen project

AFTER I gave a deposit over the phone, I had to change the date of my rental (and I called 2 weeks in advance), THEN she tells me I must rent on the new date (without further changes) or lose my deposit. She also told me that I couldn't pick up the lift until 10AM, but I could return it noon the next day. All went well until I returned it at 11AM (one hour early) and was told they would keep my $300 deposit for returning it late. When I recounted my phone discussion, she just said, "That's not in the contract!" To their credit, there was a kind gentleman behind her who pointed out that I had rented the lift for 24hours, so she relented. In frustration, she didn't say anything further. When I asked if I was free to go, she curtly replied, "yes!" Although the equipment worked well, it is unfortunate that you must deal with unpleasant and antagonistic customer service. If possible, ask to work with the gentleman.

Both are so severely incompetent that they don't even check serial numbers prior to selling you equipment worth thousands of dollars. Both individuals will tell you literally anything while you are there in person, then blow smoke any time you call. BOTH NEED TO BE FIRED and replaced with competent leaders. AG-PRO SHOULD BE ASHAMED to employ these two individuals and any others like them. NOTHING I was told during the sale actually happened. The GM apparently sold the identical piece of equipment to another customer but, FILLED OUT THE WARRANTY CARD THAT BELONGED TO MY EQUIPMENT! Subsequently, when I made my purchase, they filled out the other customer's warranty card and filed it under my equipment! The GM (Alex F.) screwed up the entire registration for myself and the other customer simply because he and his staff couldn't be bothered to check the serial numbers prior to selling thousands of dollars worth of equipment. The day of the purchase I was told I'd be called in a few days with an update, emailed a corrected invoice and forwarded the email from my equipment's manufacturer confirming the correct warranty registered for my equipment. Yet, I called twice a week with more sales BS and told each time that I'd be called back. THREE WEEKS LATER AND NOT ONE RETURNED CALL! I had to show up there today unannounced to get my backordered equipment accessories and then was told more BS lies from their salesman (Brady B.) and the entirely over paid, completely incompetent General Manager (Alex F.). Seriously, GO ANYWHERE ELSE! These people do not deserve jobs! As Brady B. said when I was buying, Alex is a Silver Spoon Florida Boy who has never worked a day in his life and does nothing but sit in his office collecting a pay check. Well Brady, it shows! It shows more than I have seen at any level of sales in my entire life. If you are Alex's Boss and are reading this, you own a part of this too. I also welcome any conversation you may want to have. Your people are some of the worst I've come across. Surely, Ag-Pro can hold their people accountable and do FAR better!
