First, person that was switching our spa cover around, had to borrow tools from my husband and was asking for help. Second, my husband noticed some nails were missing on side of spa, but thought none of it, when the job was finished. When we confronted worldspas of Ocala for the third time and asked about repair we were given some lame excuse about storm damage. My husband secured cover so could not be lifted in hurricane, so that theory goes in drain. We've contacted them three times for issue and they never bothered to call back or respond by email. If the job was done right the first time we would not have issue now. My husband did not have confidence in them from the start and he was right. From the first call to ask questions and then to set up an initial vist; I was so happy that I made this phone call. My questions were answered patiently and politely and my concerns were addressed.
