I also asked him to clean out my ends because it's a bit brassy (being a hairdresser myself I know exactly what I want and how to tell someone what I want). He started doing the foils, after the 3rd one I had to tell him again to make sure he stacks them and doesn't leave much natural in between. After coming back from the basin he started to cut my hair, I sat there thinking maybe after he cuts my hair he'll clean out my ends but no he didn't. He started to blow wave my hair I asked him to please put some curls/ waves in my hair. He told me it was too late. No it's not! All you had to do was use a curling tong after blow waving my hair. Or at least ask me how I want my hair styled before styling it. Customer service needs attention too. Anyway I'm not happy. I like my cut but I need to go get more highlights to achieve the look I want!

Tara cuts my hair and I do not trust anyone else to come near my hair with a scissor. She always does an incredible job and recommends great products for my hair as well. All of the other hair stylists are very nice and willing to offer advice. The girls at the register are pretty snobby and uninterested and if you aren't dressed and looking nice you'll get some looks from them. Personally doesn't bother me but I have spoken to other people that get put off by it

I have a short cut and Lenny, my forever Stylist, has brought me back to where I should be. He fixed the disaster that a stylist I had tried out here had done. Lenny is just amazing. He is beyond words. He has made me look good again. (Well, as good as I'm gonna get, lol) Lenny made me feel good about myself again. Now Color...I have gray hair that is very resistant to color. Someone has to know what they are doing. And here comes Anna, my new colorist. She was able to fix the botched up job that was done to me by a previous colorist that I also had tried out here. She actually lightened my hair a shade or two and I have to tell you that my friends and family all love it, and so do I. She is wonderful. And the staff are wonderful. Friendly, caring, always with a smile. So if you are looking for a great Salon to go to, look no further. I promise you, you won't regret it!!!

At one visit, she ruined a favorite shirt of mine by getting dye on it. Her demeanor felt more about control than care, which made the experience uncomfortable over time. In my experience, Karla may exhibit covert narcissistic traits -- emotionally withholding, passive-aggressive, and unable to engage warmly unless it benefits her image. I would not recommend booking with her. There are plenty of stylists who know how to pair skill with basic human decency.

I've gotten my hair cut four times and my hair colored twice. She is knowledgeable, talented, and just a pleasure to be around. She's super sweet! I have long hair. The first time I went to Nikki, I cut off at least five inches and had my hair colored. It took about an hour, in and out. There was no waiting. She was ready for me when I got there and there was no pressure to cut more, which I find to be common when you have long hair. Everyone always wants to chop it off. I was pretty nervous and was prepared to potentially leave crying. I left thrilled. I had found my place. Nikki has cut my hair three more times since and each time I have left equally happy. The level of service has always been the same, top notch. She doesn't rush. When she's with you, she's with you. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job.
