This scalp treatment place is located inside Greenland. Parking was super easy and right when you walk into the market you'll see the spa. The spa was super clean and it was nice they also give you cold water. It was really hot outside so that was refreshing. They give you this Korean robe to wear and I thot it was super cute. I did the regular scalp treatment. It started with some pictures of my scalp then it was the neck and shoulder massage. Lidia did my treatment and omg that neck and shoulder massage was literally the highlight. Maybe cuz I sit all day and my muscles are tight there. But I was about to fall asleep in that chair. Then came the scalp masssage and wash. It was so relaxing and whatever they put in your scalp has like a cooling heating sensation. Idk how to describe it but it felt minty haha. I enjoyed every minute. The massage chair I sat in also gave me a massage the whole time while I got my scalp treatment done. But it was nothing compared to the neck and shoulder massage I got in the beginning. I wasn't that much of a fan of the massage chair lol. Then at the end lidia gave me a super voluminous blowout. First time trying the head spa trend with my sister. I was very satisfied with the service, but just wished that the facility was larger. It was a shared space for the customers so not private at all. We did the rejuvenate package which started with the initial analysis of my scalp then aroma therapy and neck/shoulder massage. They they brought me to that wash station where my hair was twice washed, massages in multiple ways using tools, and ended with the waterfall rinse. It was so relaxing! After that I was brought back to my seat for blow dry and styling. I have natural waves but frizzy so my stylist helped enhance my waves by using wax or mousse to prevent the frizz. It turned out great! Highly recommend this! Only complaint is changing room was crowded in the locker room, size of a closet and spa was more of a communal space, not private for each customer. read more

This was my first experience at a head spa and it was so amazing! Making the appointment was simple and I was able to go after work on a weekday. I got the deep scalp detox therapy, which is 75 minutes long. When you arrive, you pick your essential oil (I chose tea tree and lavender) then change into a comfortable robe. They seat you in front of the mirror to do a consult and scalp analysis. Then an excellent neck and shoulder massage. During the treatment itself, you lay in a massage chair. Afterwards they blowdry your hair and use wonderful serums and scalp products. Then you can see your before and after scalp pics. New and hottest spot in Vegas!! I've been to many scalp spa but this one just topped off the other ones. The place is small but cozy with 4 space bed looking massage chairs. It's super clean and the results are amazing! They starts off with scanning your scalp and inform us about our build ups then a frequency device and there is a nice shoulder massage before going into the space bed massage chair. After that, you will get 40 minutes of relaxation of getting your hair and scalp cleaned! They only use their our hair products and it's available to be purchased. At the end, they will do a blowout for your hair and red light therapy. Everything cost $158 and it's totally worth it!! My girl Angie. She is amazing and hitting all the right spots for me. We then sat in a chair to go through our scalp treatment followed by a massage. After that, we went into a room where we lay in a chair that massages your full body, and that's when the magic happens! This was a decent experience and I left with my scalp feeling good, but a few things happened that made it less than I was expecting it to be. I was texted about an hour before my appointment and was asked to move the time. When I said I couldn't do later bc I had dinner reservations whoever was texting me tried to imply I wouldn't be late to dinner with the later time, but there's no way she can know what I have to do between the appt and dinner and it's just not an appropriate response when a customer wants to keep their scheduled appointment. I ended up changing my dinner reservation to accommodate the later appt and there were two women still getting their services done when ours was set to start, so it started about ~10-15 minutes late. The neck and shoulder massage lasted about 5 minutes. During the service I had my head in the bowl and the woman who was supposed to be working on my scalp was on her phone and had a video start playing right next to my ear. Everything that was done was very fast, quick movements instead of being gentle and slow like a typical spa service. There's also clearly certain lines the girls use to try to sell their products bc she asked me what hair products I use and I said I didn't know the name but it's all Korean hair care products and her response was "oh you should try Korean hair care, we have some here you can buy." She also took pictures at the start of the service but never took any at the end to compare to the pictures from the start. The service ended the time it was supposed to (maybe a minute or two early) even though it started late due to their previous services running late so I feel like the massage time was likely cut short to get them back on track. My husband also mentioned that his scalp was rubbed so raw at one point that one of the products was burning his scalp. We got the same service and I didn't have any burning so I assume that's because of the scalp being rubbed raw. read more
