I almost skipped getting a massage because the spa at my hotel was so overpriced, but I'm so glad I found Zen Spa instead. The Yelp reviews were absolutely right! I had an hour long foot reflexology with Ethan, and all I can say is... his hands are magic!!! He used the perfect amount of pressure the entire time and could immediately tell where I was sore, adjusting as needed. I came in with aching feet after walking 15,000-20,000 steps a day on the strip, and he worked every pressure point perfectly. I literally almost fell asleep two or three times because I was so relaxed. Everyone there was incredibly kind and welcoming. Sometimes I feel a little awkward walking into a massage place by myself, but they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. You can tell they really know what they're doing. If you like a therapist with strong hands who really listens to what your body needs, ask for Ethan. He was absolutely fantastic, and I left feeling so much better. First time here and I've been wanting to try a lymphatic massage for the longest because I've heard so much about the health benefits -- and this experience did not disappoint. It felt incredibly relaxing on the body while still being thorough, especially in my neck and shoulder area where I hold a lot of tension and knots. Honestly one of the best massages we've had. Don't waist your time paying for a massage at your hotel. This is a great value. My husband and I came in on 8/30 and had an AMAZING experience with Lisa and Ethan. We left saying it was one of the best massages we've ever had. That's why I brought my sister back today, 9/7 -- and I wish I hadn't. My sister specifically requested Lisa and Ethan when she called. We were told that was fine, but when we got here, we didn't get either of them. Our appointment was for 2pm for a 90-minute + cupping. We didn't get taken back until 2:15, then sat in the room for another 10 minutes with no communication. Finally someone comes in to say "sorry, we only have 2 male providers" -- so our request was completely ignored. It only got worse from there. They started my sister at 2:30, but I was left sitting there for ANOTHER 8 minutes before anyone even touched me. A few minutes into my massage, the guy just walked out and left me laying there for about 5 minutes. I'm pretty sure a different person came back in. He barely touched my back, completely skipped my shoulders -- the main reason I booked -- and rushed through everything. I paid an extra $30 for cupping. Last time it was on for a full 10 minutes and was so worth it. This time it was on for barely 5 minutes. After that, he was literally just rubbing lotion on my arms to kill time. And even though he started almost 10 minutes after my sister, we both ended at the exact same time. So I paid for 90 minutes and didn't get anywhere close to that. I am beyond disappointed and upset. I spent extra money and brought my sister here because I raved about this place, and we were both just embarrassed by how we were treated. It feels like you don't listen to requests at all and you overbook knowing you can't accommodate. I'm extremely disappointed because I know how great this place can be from my last visit. If I could be guaranteed to get Ethan again I would give it one more shot, but it doesn't feel like requests are actually heard here. read more

I called ahead to see if they could accommodate two pedicures and a 60-minute massage, and they were able to fit us in, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Some team members spoke limited English, but we were still able to communicate just fine and the service overall was solid. My sister-in-law said the massage was definitely worth it, and we both enjoyed our pedicures. They were good--nothing overly fancy, but relaxing and well done. I also added the foot detox, which unfortunately didn't feel very effective, so I'd probably skip that next time. One thing to note--they do get very busy, so I'd recommend calling ahead to make sure you can get an appointment. Overall, a positive experience, and I plan to return to try other services. read more

These girls know what they're doing! Not only did they massage out a lot of knots, felt as if my sinuses cleared up and blood flow was a lot better. Girl booked a couples massage as we've been talking about going to get one for a long time. Worth it. Definitely speak up if they are massaging too hard or soft. Good pressure and it's okay to ask for more or less. Specify if you do or do not want a scalp massage. I wasn't asked and felt a little uncomfortable to request to not do that during the session in addition to parts of my face being touched. I had Annie and she did a nice 30 minute session for an arm and neck massage - I was a licensed massage therapist in CA for about 10 years so I'm a bit picky about massages and pressure. And with that, I didn't really like the percussion movement (like a "karate chop" move quickly going up and down) on my head...yes, my head. I found that very odd to include as a relaxing move and felt like it was going to trigger a headache. It made me feel like there was a child bonking my head with a squishy hammer as if I was a whack a mole game. So experiencing what I did, I feel like I just need to be very specific about what I don't want if I do return, even though I did say only arms and neck multiple times.
