I love this place! Lola is chill and funny, and she genuinely wants your skin to look good. I've been working with her for years now and my skin is so much healthier! Before: I had pores and scars, dullness, and started getting painful acne along my jawline (it was actually worse than the photo shows but I can't find the older pics). I felt insecure about it, but after working with Lola I not only cleared up my jawline and shrank my pores, but also my skin started glowing and I even had people telling me they wished their skin looked like mine! Finally got around to scheduling an appointment here. I originally bought a bunch of groupons for their facials and chemical peel (4 years ago) but they eventually expired because it was so hard to schedule an appointment! Originally you could only do it on their website but I was sketched out since you had to put your credit car info. You couldnt reach them by phone or email. But they've definitely revamped the website and it is much easier to use now. And they're more responsive by email. The place is located on the 2nd floor, not much on the outside to really indicate where things are but the building itself isnt too big. It's a very small location with 3-4. They have different people there who offer a variety of services! Parking - theres a little lot and some street parking Classic facial - they have you change into a towel so you can lay down comfortably. Its a nice 40 minutes facial where they massage, do some scrubbing and some extractions. It was a good experience and very relaxing. Had it done by carly and she was super nice and easy to talk to. We discussed tips on facial care. Will be back since I've got 2 more facial groupons to go hahaha but looking at all the raving reviews about their other services might definitely consider those as well! read more

There is a $15 surcharge for facials for women vs men even though the facial offers the same thing. This isn't fair, women are already being overcharged for every day products in comparison to men and it saddens me that this establishment sees women the same way. A very long, overdue review. I had a facial done here by Lola and I loved it! I felt completely relaxed and my skin looked and felt so amazing afterwards. She explained what she was doing at each of the steps and was great during the extraction process (no pain and REALLY got those things out lol). The microdermabrasion was also pretty painless for me since I have normal / oily skin and she gave clear suggestions on how to care for my skin afterwards. Overall she's super kind, welcoming, and does any incredible facial! I initially found Lola through a Groupon many, many years ago & I've been coming to her for my facials since then. On my first visit back then, she inspired me to take care of my skin so I can go make-up free like her. I always get lost finding this place, it's in a back lot building and on the second floor. Don't feel alarmed if it looks empty inside, there is someone there! Ps don't call in advance. calls go straight to voicemail lmao. They communicate better in person or through their site. I booked an appointment for microneedling for my cheeks & it costed me $35 ($40 now bc they raised prices). Lola did the micorblading and she was super sweet and talked me through the entire process. She made sure I knew exactly what she was doing and that I was comfortable. It also helped that she had a very soothing voice too so it was relaxing being with her. The treatment was good. It hurt, but it was tolerable. As time went on, she would 1 up the strength so I could get even better results and it ended up being reallly really painful. Worth it, but painful, almost as if you're getting tattooed on your face. Overall, I loved it. You obviously need to continue going to get better results and I definitely received that after 4-5 treatments. Def recommend! read more

I'm sure you would fit right in with their customer service skills. P.S. don't post your scripted reply that I have just read on two other complaints. Change your policy and advise your future customers on the Groupon they are about to purchase. Advise them that your appointments are three months out. Lola is absolutely amazing! I went in for a peel and explained the results I was looking for. She had me choose between two levels of peels and I ended up get a Vi Peel. I had already done plenty of research on this specific peel so I was excited especially with the cost. I had an appointment yesterday and it was good because the young woman (she didn't tell me her name) who did my facial was very pleasant, polite and does a quick job for what I paid for. The enzyme peel, microdermabrasion and extraction took about 15 minutes.
