The studio is cozy + comfortable, and Jax makes you feel so welcome. From my first appointment we clicked and I have been a loyal client since - I've finally found my forever lash artist! She is so thoughtful and it shows in her work, everything from the heated blanket to putting on my favorite music proves how dedicated she is to providing a great experience. One thing I want to touch on is her TECHNIQUE! There is something about Jax's special lift that is perfect for my ultra-sensitive eyes. Listen, I didn't know what a good lash lift was until I made an appt with Jax. I've gotten a lash lift 3-4 times before this, and I've been told my lashes are stubborn, but I always come out with so-so results where the curl isn't very dramatic or my lashes aren't matching from one eye to another. At the very least, the lifts made it easier for my eyelashes to stay curled after I used a curler so I convinced myself that the lifts were worth it. Then I went to Jax and I realized I was convincing myself to SETTLE! I left with a major curl, and since I visited her in April, I haven't had to use my curler AT ALL and I can actually still apply eyeliner. The other lash lifts I had lifted my eyelash right from the root which made it difficult to apply liner. Idk how she does it but Jax gave me the biggest curl and somehow I can still put eyeliner on??? Bonkers. It is a little pricey but a lift with Jax is worth it, she's amazing. I'm only giving 4 stars because the lashes on my left eye are still more curled than the right, but I'm absolutely coming back because I know this could just be an issue with my stubborn lashes and I'm confident Jax can fix it! read more

I did a Private 1:1 Training and it helped me elevate my business and technique so much.
