When the tow truck took me and my car to this shop it was just not the best looking place. In the emergency I was in I let it go and called them the next day. The owner told me what was wrong and I was happy with the fact that he seemed to know what he was doing. So far so good. Fast forward 2 1/2 months and several calls that he made up excuses to not have my car ready I seriously knew the value of this location was poor. He would yell over the phone to me about my needs of my car. He would make excuses to me about why the parts weren't ready. He would cover over and over. Horrible service. I told him to put my car back together and I would tow it to the dealership. The dealership calls me and says "do you know you have transmission gears in the back of your car?" And I was floored. Champions Certified Car Care is not a place to go to for help. He kept making excuses because he didn't know how to fix my car and left gears in the back of my car. When the dealer called him and asked "why didn't you just tell him he needed a new transmission" the owner said "well I thought of that". Avoid this place!!!! Avoid it at all costs. Just go to your dealer. Pay the extra cost for the parts and get a warranty and peace of mind. I talked with AAA to get his AAA rating removed because nobody should go through this ever. On top of it all he said he wouldn't release my vehicle if I didn't pay $150 for a diagnostic fee when the law clearly states he can't hold a vehicle for longer than 60 days.

After speaking with him and asking why did he lie ( after receiving my deposit)he responded they don't use cheap parts, but he did not say that "they only use " he said we can only find dealer parts. I gave them half because I believed him, it was quoted $2200 just to replace  struts  on a 2013 foreign vehicle, the guy NiCK is NOT trustworthy, he plays with words to get what he wants. How could I trust them to work on my vehicle? They then charged us another $600 to pick up the parts totaling $1800 for parts below. After the lie I called the following day (Saturday last week) they will not refund anything -store credit is what I was told. This is even if you cannot use the dealer parts they purchased as they are the wrong parts!! I will be contacting the office of attorney General and the BBB about this. They are mostly an exhaust shop but also are in the fancy with customizing your rides with air bags, lifting, lowering you name it. You'll be a little skeptical in the area where you'll find them but once you see them at work you know that it's the heart of the work ethics that count. I came for a quote after my local stealership wanted to charge me $2,200 to change out my catalytic converters and o2 sensors and got a quote for less than half of that price. Very informative and helpful in guiding to where and how you might want your car. Parking is a nightmare, but you'll be guided on where to park. You can find them the next street over South of Little York on the East side of Airline. They are right on that corner, you'll see the muffler statues.
