Vanessa and her team were so helpful and helped us step outside our comfort zone with chair fabric. We were so happy with the process, we decided to also have a bench upholstered and a pair of draperies made for a spare bedroom. While we are extremely happy with the quality with all three projects, the chairs are the most impressive, due to the complexity involved in the repeat in the fabric. These are highly talented crafts people doing the work. We will return for custom tablecloths and outdoor furniture cushions, and any other fabric related projects!

We ended up hiring them to install our new lowers and counters. The outlet is filled with samples on the showroom floor which is super helpful for picking out your cabinets, counters and finishes. They even let us check out samples and bring them home to help decide on what we would be installing. Before placing the order, Wade came out and measured our kitchen and helped put together a quote based on the arrangement we wanted. They put together 3D renderings of our kitchen to show us the layout alongside the quote. Their install team did quick work, and overall did a good job for what we paid for. We had a few small issues with caulking and hardware , but the salesperson Wade made sure all the issues were handled promptly.

Well, the problem is that they took improper measurements and then came out to deliver an entire new countertop that was not measured correctly. So the edges were too short and way to long in other areas. They were going to glue it on and I stopped them. Told them to take it back. The guy claimed it's because my wall isn't even...wow! I'm no professional but I'm pretty good at math and can tell you that measurements weren't accurate. I'm so upset and frustrated that this is such a big deal. So as my countertop is ugly and bare I have to wait even longer for them to "try" and get it right.

We are still in that phase where we sit and stare in awe at what ADH accomplished for us. This major construction journey began last fall, when I thoroughly researched every well-reviewed home remodeling company serving this area. I only considered companies with more than 4 stars on Yelp and Google. We interviewed and received bids from five of them, and we were comfortable choosing ADH. We now know we made exactly the right decision. Amazingly, ADH came to us with a proposal that included everything on our wish list, and at a significantly more reasonable price than any of the others. We were impressed by their showroom, and we were especially drawn to ADH because it has its own manufacturing facility, where it custom-makes the high-end cabinetry it installs. Osa was our designer, and she was terrific. Osa was easy to work with, always available when we needed her help, and supportive in every way imaginable. Spending at this level, and contemplating at least a month of daily construction in the home, is stressful. Yet Osa assured us and explained the process in ways that alleviated many of our concerns. We felt fortunate to have her at our side all along the way. Every single ADH employee that we interacted with was a pleasure to deal with. Andrey was our project manager, and his competence and calm demeanor throughout were always helpful. Our remodel involved having workers in our home every day for a month. The respect and care they showed for our home and our comfort throughout the construction period were above and beyond anything we expected. I am posting pictures of the before and after, but no photo can do justice to the dramatic difference these changes made to our home. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding, the countertops are magnificent, and the fit and finish of every part this project are first-class all the way. Comparing to the other quotes I had obtained the price seemed fair and I felt comfortable booking with them due to their affiliation with Costco. From the consultation to the scheduling of appointments and the installation every thing went smoothly. I had lots of questions and inquires about my project and they responded quickly and were very patient with me. Although a smaller project and my budget was limited I still appreciate the attention they provided to me for the kitchen counters and backsplash renovation. I hope to update my master bathroom soon and will consult with America DreamWorks for that service.

They haven't had every part I've looked for, but then again I'm cheap and want to repair old appliances so often it's the manufacturer discontinuing the part, not these folks. Are we ever glad we did. From the first conversation, the owner Tamara Petrick gave us a great deal. That kind of straightforward, customer-first approach is rare in the slab business, and it's what won us over from the place we'd already picked. Her installer Sergio was equally impressive -- helpful, communicative throughout the whole process, and accommodated our request for a Saturday installation, which made scheduling so much easier for us. On installation day, the team headed by Edwin arrived right on time and was professional and courteous from start to finish. They worked efficiently and skillfully, carrying in each slab piece and placing it on the countertops with real care and precision. Watching them work, it was clear these are experienced craftsmen who take pride in what they do. Tammy kept in touch before, during, and after the install to make sure everything went perfectly and that we were fully satisfied. That follow-through says a lot about how she runs her business.
