The location is convenient and in between work and home so I drove by at least twice a day and decided to look into them. It's located in a business strip and has it's own parking lot. When I walk in, Monica has always greeted me warmly. She is one of the office assistants and she was so incredibly helpful and friendly. I was trying to get my records switched over and Monica offered to take care of it. There were issues where my former dentist office LOST my records but Monica helped me sort out what to do and called my insurance company to make sure I was covered and good to go. I so appreciated everything she did because she could have left it to me but actually wanted to help. Lori was my dental hygienist and I swear she is the best! It was my first cleaning ever that did not hurt at all! She's very gentle and provides caring advice on how to keep up with my dental hygiene with no judgment (yes, I really should floss more!). Dr. McDonald is also great. He gave me options of what I could do for some of my dental concerns and answered all my questions. You could tell he really cares and takes pride in his work. Never pressured me into choosing any services either. My husband who has really sensitive teeth and gums said that it was pretty much pain free for him too and a lot better than other places he's been. He also agreed that Dr. McDonald was really informative about his options and no pressure to get work done. I could seriously go on and on but I won't. I've been going to him for…read more7 years now and that's after not seeing a dentist previously for 20 years due to panic attacks from a bad dental experience in the 1980's! I have anxiety disorder so they are able to use "gas" to keep me relaxed. My periodontal problems are gone and so are five cavities and now I see him three times a year with very little anxiety to keep my periodontal issues under control. He even worked me in the same day for an emergency. Delta Dental and all forms of Medicare and other insurers are accepted. If you don't have dental insurance no worries, they will write up a payment program. As long as Dr Thies is in business I will always go to him; I can't imagine going to a different dentist.

A few years ago, I was about to start chemo treatments and I was able to call and talk to one of the dentists about how this would impact my mouth and teeth and any recommendations for oral care. They were great about answering all my questions as well as providing information I didn't think about asking about. This must be a wonderful place to work because they have relatively low turnover. Today I am waiting to have a crown replaced and am impressed how technology has changed and that this practice is able to make and place the permanent tooth same day.

Both the dentist and a follow-up call with Doctor Davidson informed me that a replacement bridge was definitely not possible - instead they wanted me to commit to a very expensive upper-arch denture that was implant-supported (despite also later conceding that there was a high risk of implant failure). Though actually getting a firm written estimate from them was not easy. I went to another local dentist in 2025 - within minutes of reviewing my x-rays and inspecting my teeth, he recommended a bridge replacement. I now have a replacement bridge - at a fraction of the cost Davidson wanted to charge me. I can't recommend them - my experience with them was very frustrating - and I do not believe they offer up the most cost-effective solution to customers,

I've been through routine cleanings and have been very happy with all of the hygienists as well as Dr. Jason Brown. I have also completed the invisalign program while a patient with Lakeside Dental and am extremely happy with my results. For me, the program took about 2 years to complete and Dr. Brown made sure all of the concerns about my teeth were addressed and corrected. He was very diligent and knowledgeable in this area. I was very impressed with the technology available with the invisalign impressions. Here, rather than the old school dental impressions, they used the iTero instrument that takes real-time 3D images of your teeth. I was in the office today for a routine cleaning and met Dr. Jones, who seems very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you all for everything you do to give me a beautiful smile!
