All we needed was rat bait to be placed in bait boxes. Left 4 messages and never received a call back to talk to them. If they didn't provide this service say so. Even if it is only a voice mail. (After no calls returned, I did some research online and found out the way to open the boxes, and the bait can be found at Walmart and online at Amazon.)
