Yelp's reviews have mostly been helpful, until this time. My cat's blood test came back with extremely low cell count. His vet arranged for him to go to E.R. immediately. He received necessary procedures including blood transfusion to stabilize his condition. I did not want to leave him at ER for more tests and observations because I have never had any pets survived ER stays. We did receive blood transfusion and medications which seemed to be working and were told that he needed medical attention in order to survive. Since his regular vet was helpless, I decided to look into alternatives. I found this place on Yelp with raving reviews, and like most pet owners in desperate situations, I decided to give it a try. I first spoke with I believe her name was Lyric. She was very charming and well spoken, and made an appointment immediately. I also recieved a call from Yael after I emailed over my cat's medical records and was told that she thinks my cat simply had urinary track infection and she can help. During our visit, Yael and Lyric worked together and performed a basic exam, then I was told that we need a biofeedback scan which will tell us exactly what's going on. This " procedure " consist of sticking two wet pads somewhere on the underside of my cat, and the wires connected the wet pads to a laptop which supposedly would feed all the information to a program. I thought that seemed overly simple, but I was in a state of panic, I chose to believe it's some advanced science that I didn't understand. I was told that they will rush the result but it will be later that evening or next day. Then Yael proceeded to prescribe a list of remedies which is mostly supplements including a jar of homemade yogurt. The visit, including all the remedies I was told were necessary, came to just under $700. They also only accept cash or Zelle payments, no credit cards. The instruction I was given was to stop the medicationd from ER immediately and only take what was prescribed by Yael, and I did. At home, shortly after I gave my cat what Yael prescribed, he started vomiting violently and was visibly weaker. I call and told Yael what was happening and was met with loud, non-stop yelling, telling me that her remedies were right and I must follow her instructions. The biofeedback report showed pages of colorful breakdown and included readings of "pepsine secretion coefficient" and "small intestine peristalsis function" values, plus "protien metabolism value", "liver fat content value", plus kidney, lung function analysis, even blood circulation system analysis, etc. This program of theirs can read all these from two wet pad sticked to the skin of my cat? I ultimately decided to consult with a licensed vet, and luckily I found Dr. Sharp from a referral, and my cat's conditions improved without complications within days at a quarter of the cost. He is healthy and happy today. As pet parents, we are vulnerable to be taken advantage of when our pets become critically ill. I hope my experience can be helpful to anyone in similar situation and can make proper decisions for both your pets and you. read more

This place is amazing. If you are looking for an alternative to surgery you HAVE TO check them out. I have two dogs that have had injuries to their backs causing them to be paralyzed from their hind legs. Surgery was out of the question. One has made a full recovery and over a year with no issues, the other one has made a great recovery since his injury 4 months ago. I know Yael and Lyrix have the best intentions. I took my dog here for gut issues. Initially the yogurt worked until it didn't. I did a biofeedback scan and spent thousands of dollars for that and all of the supplements. What this scan didn't pick up on was my dog had Mast Cell Cancer. If it's the most amazing piece of equipment, why did it miss that?? She definitely had it then, I just didn't know about it. The worse thing to give her is sugar, which was the yogurt. And all rest of the supplements didn't do anything. I also bought an $80 flea and tick tag I which also never worked. More money. Now my dog is with an incredible animal healer in LA where I have had the best care and success for her now. It's night and day when you work with someone who really knows what they are doing as opposed to this. I am upset with all the money I spent here. I also didn't like they give a $30 discount on supplements if you leave a yelp review. It's dishonest. read more

I've had a really positive experience here. I originally came in because my dog was dealing with an eye infection, ear infection, and some ongoing stomach issues. I truly wanted to believe this practice had the best intentions in helping my sweet dog, Emma, heal -- but unfortunately, that was not my experience. While I don't hold them responsible for her passing, I do believe their lack of attention and follow-up caused unnecessary suffering in her final days. On October 17th, Emma suddenly lost the use of her hind legs. Our regular vet diagnosed her with a severe infection and prescribed four antibiotic injections and two oral antibiotics. Concerned about the heavy use of antibiotics, I decided to explore a holistic approach and contacted iPet Care due to their positive reviews, even though I found it unusual that they didn't have a website. By October 19th, I was worried I wasn't fully expressing Emma's bladder and feared something more serious was happening. On the morning of October 20th I was able to book an appointment with iPet Care for the afternoon. That morning, feeling uneasy she had a full bladder and had to wait til the afternoon, I took her to an emergency clinic to help empty her bladder, but the vet came back with awful news. He suspected Emma had an aggressive cancer and recommended euthanasia due to her poor quality of life. I then called iPet Care to cancel my appointment and explained why I was canceling but was encouraged to come in, as they said many of their patients had been "left for dead" by other vets and had fully recovered under their care. I rushed over. After waiting nearly an hour in the car, they performed a biofeedback scan in my car and gave me natural antibiotics, probiotics, and collagen, promising to call the next day with results and a treatment plan. On October 21st, they reviewed the scan with me, which mentioned respiratory infections but made no reference to possible cancer, despite the emergency vet's earlier concern. I went back on October 22nd to pick up additional items for the treatment plan. By October 24th, Emma began losing control of her bladder and bowels, and I called to ask if that was normal. I was told it was a good sign and part of the healing process. By the evening of October 25th, her stool had turned dark. I monitored it through October 26th and emailed photos expressing concern. On October 27th, I called again but received no response at first. When I finally spoke to Yael, I was told they had received my email but were busy and would respond when they could. I explained I thought it might be serious. Later that day, I sent a video showing Emma's worsening condition. At around 6 p.m., I received a call saying her stool was "normal" and part of detoxification, and to simply monitor her breathing. By the morning of October 28th, Emma was struggling to breathe and had extremely low oxygen levels. When I called, I was told the practitioner, Lyrix, was on vacation and to "do what I thought was best." I rushed her to the emergency hospital, where they found dangerously low oxygen, high fever, and her stool extracted was tar black. After blood tests and x-rays it was confirmed she had lung cancer and pneumonia. Sadly, I was told her chances of recovery were extremely low and had to make the decision to let her go peacefully that day. On October 30th, I received a call following up from my earlier messages. I was told Lyrix wanted to speak with me, but I never heard from them again. My biggest regret is that Emma's final days were filled with confusion and suffering because I was led to believe her condition was manageable. This experience felt more profit-driven than care-centered. I wish the team had been transparent, responsive, and cautious when handling such a fragile case. Words can't even describe how I feel about this place so I will take it from the top. On Thursday 01/08/26 my Maltipoo all of a sudden started limping from his hind legs and I was worried so I took him to a local urgent care, then a few hours later he became paralyzed from his both hind legs. The urgent care vet informed us from the pattern of symptoms as well as pain level which he did not have it is a diagnose of an FCE (spinal stroke). I did a lot of research on my end to determine what my dog needs and I found Ipet Care and Holistic. Lucky for me Lyrix was able to accommodate and fill me in for PT the day after his urgent care. It has already been 6 sessions and today is 01/26/26 and my dog is getting better and better each day. Initially he was unable to use his back legs and had to drag them while knuckling with sling support but currently he can walk with sling support and is able to stand and take a few steps and stumble again without sling support which is a major progress especially for week 2. It's gonna take some more time for a full recovery, but I am rest assured that Ipet Care and Holistic is doing a wonderful job with assisting in recovery for my dog, and I will definitely recommend them to others that I know who prefer alternative treatment and PT for their dogs. First of all, they are not a licensed vet. I didn't check before I went, so that's my bad, but I had planned on using my insurance, so that was disappointing. I had called them initially and got their pricing, and I decided to do the recommended biofeedback scan. At the time of the appointment, they were having construction in their regular place (which I had never been to either), so I think this was their temporary space. I was waiting in the small reception/waiting area, and the practitioner came up to me. I briefly explained to her the symptoms and they took my cat in for a scan. Once we were done and I was checking out, I was told I had to pay for a consultation fee on top of the scan fee, which I was not aware of when I initially got the pricing. They want to charge $100 for the 2 min chat that was not even in a private room, but in the reception area? Then I had a phone consultation to go over the scan results. Yael ( I think) has a heavy accent and it was a little hard to understand her. She made several recommendations for supplements which I can buy from them. I thought they were a bit pricey, so I wanted to see if I could buy them elsewhere. I asked for ingredients lists of all of them, but they were unable to provide that for me. I don't feel like this is a good business practice. I'm somewhat glad to have done the scan, but I don't think I'll return due to the way they operate. read more

I wish I had found this place years ago. We lost our 24-year-old cat last year around this time, and just lost our 21-year-old cat to cancer yesterday. We came to see Yael in early April, after already spending a lot of money and time at traditional Vets to no avail. Just recommendations of drugs and canned food garbage that further exacerbated her condition and made new ones arise. I attribute our cats long longevity to the raw food they'd been given most of their lives, and honestly, not taking them to a Vet. Our cats were old, and the longer something is alive, the more chance they have to get diseases, not only from the food, but from the environment around them. When we first heard about IPet Care & Holistic we were in a desperate place. Our dog Bowie, Jack Russell/Boxer mix, was around seven months old had a bad limp in his front right leg. He fell once when he was very young, but also loved to play rough with the bigger dogs at the park. We took him to an animal hospital that specialized in fixing things like this. After X-rays and other tests the Dr spoke with us. She explained that Bowie's leg had been injured and one of the bones, tibia and fibula, had stopped growing. The result was the other bone beside it continued to grow putting pressure and pain on his elbow. She said they could fix it through surgery, cutting both bones and drilling some type of socket into his elbow. He would have to stay in a small cage for the first month immobile and then months of therapy, there was no guarantee it would fix him and it would cost $15,000. But fortunately we heard about IPet Care. We went into their quiet office with their fish-tank, the chill vibe is not like anything you'd expect. Lyrix was so helpful, we sat down with our dogs and had a consultation with Yael. She explained what was going on with Bowie and through the physical therapy they offered, he could get better without surgery. We gave it a shot and brought him in weekly for physical therapy and daily strengthening routines at home. After a couple months he was walking fine with no limp. Months later he's doing great!! Review is solely on our experience but I can't believe we're the only ones who have gotten this. We were referred over here by someone who had taken their pet there. We had used standard vets for our 16 year old Maltese forever till we hit a problem. Our 16 year old had a tumor and the standard vet aspirated it to see if it was a tumor or not. Fast forward 3 months later it's grown in size and we're looking for a vet with a holistic approach. Provider was accommodating and made an appointment within 48 hours. Were seen, our pet is sold the most expensive of packages for biofeedback testing, supplements are purchased and we leave expecting a phone call in a week to go over results. We anxiously wait, we get a call, go over the results for 1.5 hours with the provider then await an email for instructions and get nothing. 24 hours later my wife calls them and we're told there's an issue. Next day we get another call saying they had mixed up the results with someone else and that they will have to call us in 48 hours to go over the actual results....... I mean you messed up, you can't make time to cover your own mistake? Love love love Yael and the entire staff at IPet Care and Holistic! My sweet 4 year old Olde English Bulldog slipped a disc in her back and was completely unable to use her hind legs. The emergency vet had me isolate her in a small confined area for 2+months so she could heal. After doing this her hind leg muscles had totally atrophied, so she still had no movement nor was she able to use those hind legs at all. at this time, the vet suggested for me to consider her quality of life as well as my own... First I want to thank Yael, Liryx & the team at iPetCare & Holistic and let you guys know how grateful and fortunate my Twinky and I are to have found you!! Just like other pet parents I met here during our visits, we found iPetCare after looking for a better alternative to western meds. So about a month ago, we went to a so called "vet" that misdiagnosed my Twinky with a spleen tumor. This vet completely ignored the fact that blood work results showed a really bad infection, and just suggested to find a specialist where they could remove a mass he found by doing an ultrasound, not by doing a biopsy. He said I needed to see if he was even a good candidate for surgery because he's 15 years of age. He wasn't eating, drinking and was vomiting and seemed in pain. He was peeing little droplets and straining while doing it. I even asked him if it was probably something with his kidney or a bladder infection because of the symptoms, but he assured me it was all due to the tumor. Even though the blood work showed a high white blood cell count, he insisted it was because of the tumor, and the infection was secondary and not as bad. Then, after looking for a second opinion, they gave him some antibiotics, IV fluids and anti nausea meds, and was actually doing much better but still wasn't his old self quite yet. He started eating but less than before. So I called iPetCare because I was already looking into them for his arthritis/knee problems since they also do physical therapy, and thank God for them. After his treatments here, he's fully back to his old self and seems even a little more energetic. They provide a natural & holistic approach and rather than treating symptoms they focus on the root of the cause. They found there was no tumor, and it was more of intestinal bacteria and also his lungs and kidney needed support. He's been getting ozone therapy, vitamins, supplements for gut, lungs, immune system and just started him with physical therapy for his knees and he's doing amazing. i wish it was possible to put into words how wonderful this place is. i will try my best but realize this review won't even fully suffice. i have two dogs (pictured here & taken by lyrix during pet sitting) that are my WORLD. one is a rescue with extreme trust issues and the other is just a little ball of energy and joy. i typically have a friend stay at my house and live in with them while i leave or i hire a pet sitter that i hunt for for weeks to make sure they will actually stay and love on/play with my boys while i'm away. after being on a time crunch, i found iPet club and had a tour of the home and left my dogs there for the day for daycare. i got 15-20 photos and videos within a few hours of my boys running around, playing with other dogs, getting pets & cuddles.. i was smiling ear to ear. duke (the rescue) was not super playful and you could tell he was a little uncertain but he was okay. regardless, i knew i'd found a place where i could leave my dogs with total ease and be worry free. my dogs have now boarded there i think... 4 times now? duke has become ATTACHED AT THE HIP to lyrix (the owner) and plays with dogs, plays fetch, rolls around, cuddles. i mean ... it makes me cry when i see it because they are helping his personality and trust with strangers and dogs TRANSFORM. prince (my energy ball) is always a happy ball of joy but has separation anxiety. honestly they both do. when i pull up - they start whimpering and pulling me towards the house LOL WTF?! they see lyrix and just rush towards her like "see ya when you're back mom!" i can't say enough great things about this place honestly. the dogs are always all together playing so happily. they all sleep in the same area. the boys wear lil wrap diapers so they can't mark (which is great) and lyrix takes great care to make sure that the house is completely safe and secured so no pet has any chance of slipping away or is unattended. lyrix has this house with bedrooms and beds and pet beds in each room and pets can actually sleep in there and it feels like a home. THIS REVIEW IS EVERYWHERE! my point is ... this is where your pet should be for day care or pet sitting. i promise you. it's the best decision you could possibly make. read more

I have a 5 year old dog with a slipped disc. He was running and jumping at the park and he landed badly and hurt himself. Ever since he hasn't been the same dog. He's been fatigue, he won't play and we can't let him on our bed anymore since he might jump and hurt himself even more. We have been going to so many different places over the past year. Everything seems so overpriced and nothing seemed to do justice. One of the vet even told us to put him down since he's in pain, a 5 years old dog to be put down!!! Thankfully, I overheard someone talking about iPet waiting at the register at Ralph's and started talking to them and they said nothing but good things about this place. I called and made an appointment and the rest is history. This was only 4 months ago, only 4 months of treatments (once a week) and I got my dog back! He's now sleeping in our bed, back to playing, back to being the dog we remembered. I can't say enough about this place or the people! The treatments are affordable (actually the most affordable I was able to find), the service is impeccable and the level of professionalism is great! They make you feel at home when you're there. I have a 6 month old Corgi/Chihuahua named Turbo! My husband and I currently live in an apartment building that doesn't have much outdoor space, so we knew we wanted to find a daycare to let our pup socialize with other dogs and get plenty of outdoor play! iPet Club is the perfect place for us, and Turbo! The ladies that own and operate this business are AMAZING. They truly love each and every pet that walks through their doors. I recently took Turbo to their Halloween party, and I kid you not -- every time an owner and their dog walked in, everyone greeted them both by name! iPet Club isn't just a business, it's a FAMILY. My favorite thing about iPet Club is that it's located in a residential home rather than some large facility, so the pets are given a homey & comfy environment whether they're just at daycare or boarding for the evening. Turbo has made so many friends here, and even his biological brother goes here too! Being a pup with separation anxiety, I was nervous to drop him off in the beginning but I swear he is always so excited when he see's the front of the house and is too distracted with happiness to worry about me leaving him. When I pick him up, he's always so incredibly exhausted and sleeps through the night because of how much fun he had! He just loves being there, and I love that my husband and I get TONS of photos/videos throughout the day to see what he's up to. iPet Club is a piece of mind and I'm so grateful we were referred here.
