Had my iPhone 4 screen cracked for about a month and a half until I finally got fed up with the crack. Gave him a call early morning and we met up in the afternoon down the street from my house. He'll work with you for a location to meet up locally! Showed up and handed him my phone first thing. I was just watching him while he worked and It was amazing. This place is for BUSY people who get their private affairs done. My phone breaks so often.. I don't know who or what to blame. As I've been researching for the best and fastest place to fix my iPhone 4s screen, I decided to try this place since the reviews helped me a lot. I've been phoneless for 2 weeks because I was debating to use an old phone for a month until my upgrade came or if I could actually be phoneless for a month. Lol, I've gotten used to being phoneless but I thought it was time to get it fix since I finally had time and I might need it for the holidays. When I got there, Tommy was already fixing something but he helped me quickly. Sat in a seat and just waited. Took less than 20 mins, very quick and prob was more like 10-15 mins. I was quite impressed. He gave me a free screen cover as well. So I recently lost my debit card therefore I busted out my credit card but for some reason it didn't go through. I felt so bad, but I paypaled him on the spot. =O I'm glad he trusted me, I wouldn't have left without paying. And I also tipped him. The price was reasonable, and I walked out with a phone feeling like it's brand new. When I came home and explored my phone, the quality of the pixel looked weird but I think I had to get used to it because I have been phoneless for a while and as my eyes adjusted, everything looked normal. I also realized there are two small spots of discoloration only when my screen is on a black background. He did give me a 30 day warranty, but I won't be needing it. I'm not that picky with that, it's barely noticeable. And I won't complain much about this little imperfection as I'm quite satisfied with the overall result and I won't be keeping this phone forever. And I already recommended one of my friend to get it done here as other places were too expensive. SOOOOOO, if you do want to get your phone fix.. I say, no hesitation. Just get it done here. Tommy is great. I've been using him for repairs for about 3 years now. He used to have a mobile service but now he has a place he works out of. He's quick, knows what he's doing and super great to work with. I was leaving on vacation and my phone broke last minute. Although he was supposed to close he waited an extra 20 minutes for me to get there so he could fix my iPhone. He also diagnosed the problem right away. My switch was loose so he installed a new switch and when it didn't work he noticed another part had broken or come apart inside the phone and replaced that part for only any additional $10. I highly recommend him. He has also fixed my ipads, ipad mini and iphone3, 4 and 5. I have kids so everything breaks. read more

I went to get the screen of my Iphone 7 plus repaired. He charged me 80 plus tax, which was 88. It looks good so far, however the marker inside the phone to indicate water damage was removed. If you do not care for the water damage item, then this place is a great place for you! read more

If you have any trouble with your apple product definitely go to Tommy. I have a second generation IPOD Touch, which meant the parts needed to fix it was hard to find. However, Tommy was more than willingly to help me find the part and fix it. Unfortunately, the part that was ordered broke after a month or so but Tommy ordered another new part and didn't charge me to fix it again even though it was past the guarantee. I even offered to pay him for the part but he didn't accept it. I've read what the other reviews have said, and I agree with all of them. Tommy is friendly, charges at fair prices, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. This guy doesn't just save you money by having the cheapest prices around but he also saves you TIME!! This guy is even mobile and will come to you or meet you somewhere!! I've meet up with him on my way home from work a couple of times and within minutes I was already back on the fwy headed home with my iPhone up and running like new. When my i phone broke (home button stopped working) about a year ago I searched Yelp and found Tommy. With no waiting and in less than 10 minutes Tommy fixed my phone right in front of me. Tommy said since he had to remove the face plate of the phone to fix the home button did I also want him to put in a new battery? I opted for the new battery since my original battery wasn't holding the charge that well anymore. I can't remember how much Tommy charged for both of the above but I do remember the price was so cheap that I felt guilty and gave him an extra $5 tip. Since that time I have referred 2 friends to Tommy for their i phones. Both friends state they are now referring their acquaintances to Tommy. Today another friend broke her i phone and of course, I instructed her to go to Tommy (which prompted me to belatedly write this review). A year later my phone still works like new but when the battery stops holding a charge I know exactly where to go. A Very happy camper right here!!... My iPhone 4 was spazzing out recently. Upon unplugging my phone from the charger it would turn off and automatically reset. Sometimes it would have me run through the re-activation process. I thought for sure this was going to be an expensive fix as I thought somehow the software was corrupted. I called Tommy at iPhone Paramedics and described the problem to him. He was able to give me a preliminary diagnosis and even quoted me the price to fix it. In the end he came to me (Don't go to his listed address as he has moved) at my place of employment and diagnosed my phone as having a bad battery. I questioned his diagnosis saying it seemed like a software glitch because of what it was doing. He was able to explain his diagnosis thoroughly and it made total sense. Sure enough he replaced the battery and tested it with his charger and it worked just fine! He even cleaned the phone's speakers and camera with a brush and polished my phone and took off my old screen protector and replaced it with a new one. I had taken my case off prior to meeting with him and he said this phone should have a case to protect it so he showed me a bunch and asked if I wanted one... I said I had one waiting in my office and he said it was part of the service so I picked an awesome snap on case!. All in all I was very happy with the $35.00 I spent.
