Well considering all the reviews are good except for one are all good on here for iphone paramedics I thought I would check them out. I have to say i had the most wonderful experience. Tommy met me and fixed my iphone 4S. My phone looks new and it works well. This business is a stand up great business. The only negative comment here on yelp I would disregard . There is no way Tommy works that way. He knows what he is doing and is a very nice guy. I would give him 10 stars on here if I could . I'm amazed with the level of customer service he offers. Visited this shop today, walked in, right away was greeted and asked what I could be helped with, let him know I was looking to change the charging port on my iPhone. Went to the shop on a Saturday around 12 and saw a sign that said Tommy, the iPhone technician was on lunch but to call the number posted. He said he that he was closed for the day but was in the area and would be by the shop in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later he was there, he said he was off but was in the area preparing for his sons birthday and took the time to take a look at my busted iPhone screen and fixed it in no more than 10 minutes. Reasonable price, fast, efficient, and a great job. Great customer service, and he offers a 30 day warranty with the repair. How wonderful is Tommy from Iphone Paramedics? Awesome enough to make me create a yelp account so I can write a review! I dropped my iphone on Sunday and didn't know where I should get it fixed. Came across his business on yelp and was also recommended by a friend's brother. I called him on Thursday around 10:30AM (yeah, don't know why I waited so long to do so) and we met up in a parking lot at a local bank at 11:00AM. Tommy was cool enough to squeeze me in, since he had a prior scheduled appt at 11:30AM. I was a bit hesitant to meet someone I've never met before by myself at some random location, but after reading the reviews here, he seemed like a good guy. Tommy was so amazing and so kind. He fixed my broken LCD within 10 minutes. It was real quick! My phone's battery was dead and I didn't have a car charger and Tommy was so sweet to give me one for free along with a case!! A couple of hours later, he called to check up on my phone to make sure everything was working fine. I would highly recommend IPhone Paramedics for phone repairs. My dad had cracked his iPhone 5 screen and gotten water in it (smh) so I took it in to the Paramedics. Called up Tommy and he said I could come in right away. I had to have the screen and phone speaker replaced and he had it all swapped out within 15-20 minutes.
