told me it was the battery so they replaced it then told me a chip inside the phone was burnt so they gave it back without fixing it and had to pay $60 and then when I got home and turned it on the phone would shut completely off every 2 minutes so I had to get a new phone read more

By far the worst phone repair shop in the 562 area. I took my iPhone to get the screen repaired and what they installed was an LCD screen. I notice that the screen would glitch at times so I removed the screen protector thinking that would fix the issue.. I was wrong after removing the screen a black spot appeared on my screen, I took the phone back immediately just so this one dude to tell me that I had dropped it even though there was no crack on the screen or any evidence of any damage. He told me that he could give me a 10 percent discount or to call the business owner.. I called the business owner about 10 times and also left a text and no call back however I did see that the message was read. This business is bad never again don't waist your time and money here if you have an iPhone just get the insurance or pay the extra cost at least you'll be getting the original parts. read more

Took my sons iPad in for a screen fix, looks like the incorrect screen was placed it is lifting and is not flat. Battery drains rapidly and does not hold charge anymore. Was told the battery has nothing to do with the screen change but it definitely does. There was no battery issues when the screen was broken. horrible, horrible horrible service. There was a guy with glasses who helped me the first time and he was very helpful. He was very kind and patient. Who I have to complain about is an older woman and a man with curly hair, who only speaks Spanish. The guy with the curly hair and the older woman were very rude and lacked communication. They were very unprofessional and gave me incorrect information about my phone being ready and what was wrong with my phone. The lack of communication and readiness of my phone cost me a lot of waste of time. definitely do not recommend this place. read more

I have gotten phones fixed here several times with no issues. Trusting the same service i took my iPhone 15promax to get the screen replaced. The quality of the replacement screen is awful. It looks pixalized essentially looking digital as if im looking at it with asigmatism. I called hoping they would inspect it or try another installation especially as a returning loyal customer but the rep said that's how all their repairs are there was nothing to do but talk to the manager but that was the final result. STILL ON GOING AS OF 3/7/25 I brought my S23 ultra in because the back came off and the screen broke. i also brought in my S10+ with a terabyte memory, screen wouldn't work. On 12/9/24 I brought in my S23ultra /556g memory almost full and my S10 FULL MEMORY, paid $583 they ordered the new S23ultra repair set.got it 9days later. 4days later the touch screen stoped working. took it back reordered the kit 10days no call. I call and there is a problem. He says "it was working then he cleaned it again and the screen stopped working. then he did something else and it blew out the whole thing. So I had to call to find this out, it's now march and I still don't have my phone. IT GETS BETTER!!! my S10 plus was forgotten and put aside. I just it back works great.BUT MY 700+ of storage I had on it ITS ALL GONE. I told him that my phone is set up to erase if the pattern was not put in correctly 20x and to be mindfull of this. Fixed the back of my phone up perfect! Called in prior before coming in and asked how long it would take, they said about 3 hours. So I go in about 3 hours before closing time and they said they'll give me a call when it's ready. I didn't bother to check the reviews on here until after I dropped it off so that had jaded me. I forgot to put my number but showed up 30min before closing and all ready to go! My phone looked brand new and the cost was what they stated over the phone. Came in right when they opened at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday 7/30. Paul was super friendly, quick, and was able to even get a glass screen protector! I went in for a consultation about a broken "delete" key on my MacBook Air and the guy started to pry open the key without asking me and ended up pulling the key itself as well as the switch under the key. He then tried to give it back to me taken apart and I told him to please put it back the way I gave it to him. He then tried to put it back for 10 minutes with no luck and then tried telling me that it was already broken and he can't fix it. I tried explaining to him that he made the problem worse as the switch and key would fall out of place easily(complete opposite of how I brought it in). I argued with him for 10 minutes with customers behind me and just decided to take my computer and go. If I would have taken it to apple first they may have been able to fix it. Do not go here. Said it would take one week. I called back after a week someone answered and said I would receive word from a tech in about an hour never got a call. Called back again another day they said the tech apparently didn't go in. Whatever I wait a few more days to see if they would call nothing. I call again someone answers and the same thing more excuses they said the tech will call me back In an hour. Again no response till the following day they said it was ready but not at the shop where I left it so I told them to send it to the original place where I dropped it off. I call to confirm that it's ready and they say I owe an additional 55$ on top of the 65$ deposit. Not once did anyone relay that information to me. DO NOT COME HERE. Came here for a screen replacement; got quoted $80 but when I showed up he charged me $120!! The screen is super laggy and moves on its own, when I confronted him he gave me attitude and stated "I cannot help you with that, changing a screen has nothing to do with that." And my switch was there for almost a year and I honestly think they didn't even try to fix it they just forgot about it and then they said it just didn't work. At first they were great said they could have my IPhone x fixed up it had a boot reload malfunction , agent told me it was a soldering issue with the phone took a while to get an update like 4 days they fall flat on giving clients updates since they are "busy with 30 other phones" got my phone back was functional at first and noticed my IPhone Everytime it vibrated had a rattling sound was disappointed since i don't get to see what happens behind the scenes had to pay them 95 plus tax on the soldering issue but they then I was told by Paul (front end guy) they replace the charge port which was weird since it looked the same said okay checked out the rest of the phone see how everything holds up. Next day I take it back vibration issue they held on to it for a week Louis the owners son takes care of that issue which is fine. I come to find out out that the phone may have been water damaged in which I had no idea I let him know let me know if there were other issues after getting back the phone. Met with Paul the second time phone wasn't charged had to charge for a bit and him and their tech guy suggested to replace the battery was draining quick and I'm like I hope they aren't nickel and dime ING me. I told them let me try it for a day and I'll get back to you I had a spare battery at home figured if the phone was dying quick if ask if they could replace with a labor change they would for a fee I also experience another issue that the cellular and face id functions were not working since it had the bars searching no signal. Figured I had to reset the phone factory settings but unfortunately I'm stuck at the phone not being able to activate (will provide photo with review) took it to Louis he was there told him my issues the signal face id also had a spare screen in case it need to replace for face id and let him know reach out to me on updates. Had to call them last wed. before since I hadn't been updated by Louis or Bertha (owner) Paul told me your phones ready to pick up and I assumed they solved the issues In which he said what issues? He was not knowledgeable what had happened to my phone since him Louis and Bertha would never communicate properly. He told me the phone had it's charge port changed again and I was like what? What about the other issues Paul wheres Louis? He said Louis was on personal leave he knew more about the phone and I was pretty much pissed since I was getting confused on what work was done. Make matter worse the phone was there for 7 days they told me they could not get it activated and I had to figure it out myself call apple too.i asked Paul to speak with Bertha since she's the owner manager told me she wasn't here (she isn't most of the time) and that if I want to talk to her call back on Thursday of last week I told him please have her call me that day. Never did called Friday amazingly Bertha answered talked to her about what I told Louis her son and why no one got back to me sooner. I heard more excuses other phones covid etc she later told me the phone had a new chargeport and soldering done she then let me know my battery did not work for some reason and had it replace by there battery which I didn't like since I would have went somewhere else at the time the were going to charge me 85 plus tax but then I guess after hearing disappointment in my voice she put it to 45. I've never had such bad service provided for IPhone repair I really wanted to give this place a chance let my friends and fam know where to go since they're close convenient but to be honest I get better service at the roach truck across from them. Now I'm stuck with the x not being able to active was updated by apple it's a hardware issue the band supplying the LTE signal is not working properly wish these guys could have figured it out instead me doing this didn't have my phone for almost a month going back and forth with them sucks I was getting It repaired for a family member felt like I was left hanging they didn't care about my phone enough and left me on the side. I go a little after 5pm and he said he was still working on a phone and needed 10 more minutes and then he would work on mine. HE DIDNT EVEN TOUCH MY PHONE YET.
