It was, then the face recognition stopped working (worked with broken screen), the the charging port stopping holding the charger (worked with broken screen), and a message keeps popping up saying screen isn't right (worked with broken screen). Never going back, took my imac for a repair , guy said he'll let me know either that day or the next for sure . Left it , and never heard from them again, had to call everyday and the "tech" was never there answer anything. Finally I showed up in person and nobody there just a dude sitting down scrolling on his phone. Really a shame , they couldn't even just update me on how long it would take. Guy said they were waiting on a cable but they said that more than a week ago. Like how long does it take to just get a cable.... I'm sure they could fix it but they are not reliable or time efficient. I've needed my iMac for my schooling. Ended up being a waste of time and money. This applies to screen repairs: If you use polarized glasses please ensure you are properly able to see the screen with the glasses on. After getting my iPhone repaired at this location I was not able to see my screen with polarized glasses. The screen was close to being black making it hard to see the information. The owner took responsibility of the issue and instructed me to take it back to then shop (even after he knew my warranty was up which was very nice of him). However after review of the issue and replacement of my screen they informed me that they could not do anything about it, that all of their screens had that issue. It's unfortunate that after paying for the service they don't disclose this malfunction to the customer. For people that don't use polarized glasses you might be okay seeing the screen with your regular glasses. But customers who need to wear polarized glasses this will be a pain in the rear. The front desk guy Paul will tell you one thing and another tech will tell you another they kept my phone for three days and didn't fix the problem my phone was doing the same thing when I brought it home so I took it back and problem was never solved its very disappointing your paying to get the problem fixed and they don't do there job correctly. I went to get my screen on my iPhone fixed on Saturday July 10,2021 I was told that I would be charged for the screen, labor and a screen protector. When I arrived to pickup my phone it still wasn't ready so I waited. I was charged $252 when I got home the plastic that they placed on my screen slipped off of my phone so my phone slid off my hand due to the plastic slipping completely off. I called and the gentleman that helped me told me that they didn't have screen protectors for the size of my phone ( IPhone 11 Promax so I asked him why did you charge me for one and why wasn't I notified. I was asked to come in and speak with the owner. I spoke with an owner in person and he was being rude and refused to replace the broken screen. If they were an honest company they should've told me that they didn't have screen protectors so I could've went elsewhere so I can protect my phone after paying $252 but they still charged me for something that they didn't deliver. If you're looking to get a good quality screen do not come here. I will say it works for the most part, but The backlight is so off and dim. When I make calls now, it's hard for me to press keys because the screen stays off, my screen is always glitching. I really feel like they messed up my phone too because even when it was cracked with the original iPhone screen it didn't work the way it does now. I wouldn't doubt it that they take parts from your phone because it's just super weird. You know what you're used to and when something seems different. It sucks. STAY AWAY!! I made this Yelp account to write this. I never write reviews so this is a big deal for me Anyway, the replacement screens are cheap and brittle. They'll fix your phone temporarily but the screen won't last I promise you. I went one day to fix my iPhone 8+ and when I got it back the screen colors were dull and not bright. I took it back and it was back to normal but the screen only lasted me one week. And to be Frank my iPhone touch screen never felt the same afterwards. It's as though the sensitivity was lost and bringing up iPhone menus was hard. Keep in mind I have a huge bulky otter box that has lasted me 4 years without breaking my phone. I even bought a new otter box to complement my new screen and it literally broke right away. I've read other Yelp reviews and everyone agrees that the screens they use are cheap and won't last. $100+ for a replacement screen is not worth it. Also the man who works here is terrible in customer service and I genuinely feel like he knows he's running a scam. I'm good at maintaining my phones and always buy a bulky case to prevent cracks. Most of my iPhones last me 4+ years without any cracks. Taking it for a screen replacement is a big deal for me as i was debating whether to upgrade to a new phone or replace my screen. I'm never one to feel entitled or feel like I'm owed something. My gut feeling tells me this place is a scam. Save your money and just buy a new phone because the screens they sell here will never compare to the apple screens. I'd even say you damage your phone a bit by replacing it with an inferior screen Lastly even when I got my phone back I realized the touch screen wasn't the same as it was before. Just got the screen on my IPhone 6 replaced today. So not happy with the outcome! Sure the screen is no longer cracked, but it is sooo dim now! I have the brightness all the way up and the screen is gray, not white how it used to be. I told the woman at the front desk and she claimed she has never had someone make that complaint , but they have two other yelp reviews complaining of the same thing. Dropped off my husbands phone here after reading all the good reviews. Came back after an hour to pick up like they said and the colors on the screen were dark and dim, my husband told them this and they seemed to think it looked fine but said they will fix it again. Came back another hour later and still the same. Dark screen and colors aren't bright. Now what do we do? Paid for the screen to get fixed but the colors suck? So dark and dim. Don't go here. I left my iPhone 7 Plus phone with this place started with the one on Washington waiting first for 3 days for a call had to go for my self come to find out they sent it to a different location on Whittier blvd. I got to the Whittier blvd location nobody there. I drive to the one in Washington asking why I wasn't told they continue to tell me they will call me NEVER received any calls my phone was with them for almost 10 days and did the same diagnosis they instructed me to do and still charged me and never received any call from them I drove back and forth always calling them and they tell you nothing but lies VERY BAD customer service I wouldn't recommend this place read more

Reason: My Mom takes her Galaxy Note 3 cause the charging port was damaged. Now this is to much I return it to the main office cause they just fixed it, so they keep it and tell me they need to find my receipt and after then searching almost 24 hours for my receipt which they never gave me, even after multiple times asking they reply to me that they are not held responsible for it and they will repair it for only $120ish WHAT A DISCOUNT. I go to pick it up and they took it upon themselves to replace the screen and try to charge me. After being told a 2 hour wait I return and I am still told they require another hour to remove their new working screen because they have to be delicate in removing it to put in the shitty one they put in mine. I came to fix my iPhone screen and when I got it back my screen looked dark and faces in pictures look red. I went back to let them know and the guy told me he had never seen anything like that and that I had to go to Apple to fix it. My phone looked fine before I took it in, so I don't know why they couldn't fix it. I've been having issues charging my iPhone so I went to this place to have my charging port on my iPhone 6s looked at and repair. The girl at the front desk took my information along with my phone. While I was still there, she mentioned that it may just have a dirty port. She gave it to the technician and he immediately started poking at the port and took out junk/dirt.
