Denise is Iverson's assistant cell phone repair specialist. Denise replaced my Apple IPhone XR Version 10 cell phone battery. And Denise said she is going to also clean the microphone and she will not charge me but usually Iverson said he charges his customers $20.00 extra. Iverson said since I am his first time customer he's not going to charge me the Cleaning the Microphone Fee this time. I said thank you very much. Iverson said that I need to buy a new cellular phone battery every 2 years. My battery was 5 years old. That's the reason my Apple IPhone XR was dropping phone calls and not working properly. I was charged the $30.00 for a New cell phone battery. I was charged the labor was $70.00. The total cost was $100.00. I also wanted to buy a new cellular phone case. I paid Dense $34.95 to buy this new brand called Azore in the bright Red color with the Ring in the back. The Ring in the back can be turned to 5 different settings and the color red is my favorite color. We recently visited this store seeking assistance with my Surface Pro's noise issue and also an upgrade for my PS4 to an SSD storage system. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While we appreciate the staff's effort, they were unable to address the noise problem with my Surface Pro. I had hoped for a solution or some guidance, but it was disappointing to leave without a resolution. Also, I was informed by the staff member that there was no way to perform the SSD upgrade for the PS4 without losing all my data, which I later found out isn't true, and there are many instructional vids on youtube about how to do it. We returned later hoping to at least pick up a flashdrive so we could try it at home, but he didn't have any for sale. Iverson. That guy is the man! I have a Galaxy S3 Frontier that has sentimental value to me (gift from my wife). I've used it for about 3 years non stop and the battery went to shit. I couldn't find a shop in my area to fix it so my friend referred me to him. His shop is about an hour away from me so I mailed him my watch (work schedule wouldn't let me drop it off as sooner) and drove to pick it up. He told me it was his first time opening my type of watch. He nailed it! Swapped out the battery and put in a new one no problem. Even sent me a pic and video of the repair. I'm extremely happy with the level of expertise and customer service. Even happier I don't have to buy a new watch since the new version is essentially the same watch just with a different shell. Bad business and will never go back. Im not the type of person to go to a business just to micro manage and leave a bad review but my last encounter with them was simply that. I went in a little over a month ago to get my screen fixed. That same day after I got my car home I had to drive back up to their shop to get it fixed again because I couldn't use the bottom of my screen ( touch functions gone.) Fast forward to now I randomly picked up my phone and the screen was perfect but there was ink in the BOTTOM of my screen everywhere . So obviously I take it back in to get it fixed knowing that it's not my fault I never dropped it and basically I'm told it's my fault and that since I spent $155+ he can replace the screen and give me a discount of $25 . read more
