They fixed my broken screen on my IPad mini, but the home button didn't feel the same when you click on it. Also, I notice some small gaps on the side. I don't know what they use to take the broken screen off, but there is small gaps on the side now. Beside from the details, the front end workers were nice. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE HERE!! I have an I phone 4 that stopped working. I didn't drop it. I didn't submerge it in water. The thing just would not boot up. I brought it in to the repair shop hoping they could save me the hassle of getting a new phone out of contract. I left it with the guys here to take it apart and diagnose the problem. I came back an hour later and they said that they could not figure out what was wrong but after they had reassembled it, they got it to boot up. I was stoked. They charged me like $25 for the time and I had a working phone. About a week later the same issue arose; the phone just cut out in the middle of use and would not boot up. I took it back in to see what they could do. After about an hour of waiting they could not diagnose the issue but this time did not get it to boot up. So, After another $15 I was left phoneless with an I phone paperweight. I proceeded to get a new phone (this time and Android) and it has been great for the last 5 months. Two weeks ago I picked up my old Iphone and decided to plug it in. To my surprise IT WORKED! I gave it to my brother who was in need of a phone. It has been working great for him but he complained that it did not pick up wifi unless he was in the same room as the router. I Opened the phone and to my surprise the WIFI antenna was MISSING! Not only were they unable to fix my phone, they left out components when reassembling it!!!! The people here are nice and have good customer service, but leaving a component out of a phone that once existed is unacceptable! I now how to dish out money to fix part of the phone that wasn't a problem before. read more

Found this place near uptown whittier. Which specialize in fixing iPhone. People there are pretty chill, and are reasonable and most importantly they know what there are doing. I sampled this place out because a while back I shut the door on my phone while my earphone were connected. So I paid for them to fix it left it for a couple of hours came back to pick it up and everything seemed to be fine. A half a day later I get this crack in my screen and I take it back I'm like hey I don't know if you guys stuffed my phone too tight or something but it looks like it cracked because of all that compression in the phone. They made it seem like because i had a crack on my phone before that i did it again, but that crack, for one i knew where i got it from, and it happened June 2018 we're in May 2019 I'm already going on a year without cracking my phone and youre telling me I cracked it the day after i just got it fixed? I thought i was buying myself some time by repairing it... yeah no this place uses a weak ass plastic phone screen. i was like my phones cracked. Came in with a cracked Nexus 5 screen. They had the best price of all the repair places around that I called even Sprint (go figure haha). They didn't have the screen in stock which I wasn't surprised. They ordered it that day and it was shipped to them in less than a week and fixed the day it arrived. Thats ok since i don't think Nexus 5 are that common, it sounded like they have screens for iphones etc all in stock. They did lose the power button on the phone during the repair, they called me and let me know. When we picked it up they apologized and they said they ordered a new one. This place is a joke! I went into the store location in the city of la habra with a broken iPhone charging port. After my phone was fixed I was told that if absolutely anything went wrong with my phone to please bring it back for a diagnosis and it would be fixed at no charge. So days later my home button stops working, I took the phone into the store and was told the warranty doesn't cover the button so now I had to pay 50 dollars to fix the button because they didn't damage my home button. I decided to go down the street to another repair shop called "boost 5 star wireless la habra" and he quickly told me what was wrong and that the previous store who fixed my phone damaged my button when they replaced my port. "Boost" not only fixed my phone but they gave me a free screen protector and charge me half the price overall... read more

Do not go here. It took me 7 trips to the store to finally get my phone fixed correctly! Here's my experience with this place. I took an iPhone 7 with a cracked screen for repair there and pick it up an hour later. After getting home, I notice the left edge of the home button is protruding above the screen causing an unpleasant feeling when sliding your thumb across. I took the phone back and the technicians tell me this is perfectly normal due to the replacement screens being slightly thinner but after arguing with them for a while, they mention that they could try another manufacturer to see if it makes a difference. So I wait a couple days for the other screen to come in and take my phone back to get the screen switched. They say pick it up in an hour and a half. I go back in an hour and a half and their gate is locked because they are at lunch. I wait outside for half an hour and no one ever comes and unlocks the gate. I go home and call their sister store and they tell me give them 20 more minutes for lunch and try again. I go back 20 minutes later, the gate is still locked. I wait 10 more minutes and finally someone comes and unlocks the gate. I pick up my phone with the button actually looks good this time so I go home. Later I try to make a phone call and I can't hear anything unless the speaker is one. I make my SEVENTH trip back to the store and the technician opens up my phone, makes an "adjustment" and now the headphone works. After all that trouble the give me a $25 refund. Hopefully that is the last issue I find with the phone. I will not come back here nor would recommend that anybody else does. read more

I love how they invite you to watch the job being done just so you can have that assurence they are not trying to rip you off by saying certain parts are broken when they really aren't just so you have to pay more like other places. Took in my ipod for hard drive repair; they didn't get in touch with me about a month and half after (way longer I would expect for an iPod diagnosis). After almost 2 months later; I called off the repair and wanted my ipod back; I had to call and even show up various of times to get turned down, that they "couldn't locate my ipod." So when I did finally got it back; the scroll wheel was broken. Wtf!! come on.
