I can't say enough good things about these guys! My charging dock connector was fried (it wouldnt charge, sync, or connect to itunes) on my ipad 2 and I took it in and they were so nice, walked me through what they'd be doing to fix it and explained everything. I had my ipad back in 2 days and that is with having to order the part cause they didn't have it in stock! They stayed open well after an hour after their schedule closing time to test my ipad and make sure it was all working. I added a pink screen (which is so pretty) and I am so happy with it looks like a custom made ipad! This is my second time coming in for an iPhone screen repair . These guys fixed it quickly and affordably the same day. I also purchased a case, a new home button and tempered glass screen protector. My phone looks and feels brand new instead of 2 1/2 years old! I would definitely recommend using this business! These guys are friendly, honest , and work their best to get your phone back to you as quickly as possible. This place is amazing! I cracked my iPhone screen that day and found this place off yelp. I went in there and dropped off my phone. By the time I went to the bank and came back, it was already fixed. My phone looked brand new and he also put on a screen protector that I had brought in. They were very helpful and friendly! Also, if you wanted to change the color of your iPhone they had many colors to choose from. I just went with the original color, white. I got a virus on my laptop was clicking stuff in facebook that I probably shouln't have, it was called SMART Check or something like that. all of my data was gone like my docs, pictures and all of my music and couldn't use it. pretty scary stuff. Everything went very well, my iPhone is working accurately, and they did what they said they would. Price was reasonable, and they were good about communication. I had my iPhone battery replaced after dropping the device in the water, and they quickly assessed the situation and let me know exactly what needed to be done. Most unprofessional place ever! The manager Robert is such a JERK i don't understand why they have him helping customers. Rene-NEVER returns your calls and is unwilling to help solve any unfortunate situation. Rene boast about having 5 stars on here-but he doesn't tell you about the 23+ comments NOT SHOWING in his favor. Definitely not going here nor will I recommend anyone. I had the bad luck of needing 3 phones in need of repairs in one week and the team here took care of everything quickly and at a reasonable price. One iPhone had water damage and after they cleaned it up, it only needed a new battery! The other two had broken glass and we put new color on also. They completely fixed my iPhone in about 45 minutes. I did some impressive damage to it. (I almost ran over it with my car!) But anyways, I thought the repair was going to be a tedious experience, but I actually enjoyed the trip. I accidentally deleted a bunch of .mov files from my hard drive. I downloaded a free program on the internet called Disk Drill which was able to recover a bunch of files.... Iphone Repair Whittier was able to recover NONE of them. So to recap... a free program downloaded from the internet was able to recover files, and a big company like Iphone Repair Whittier was not. read more

Worst customer service! Manager should be nowhere near customers-no people skills. Rene the other manager never returns your calls. Took in my item and was returned damaged. Do not go here unless you want your item to be more damaged then when you first took it in. Took in an iPod touch for a cracked screen. Came out with a shady screen repair, busted speaker and broken connectors. Very unprofessional and not knowledgeable in what they are doing. You are better off buying a new item than letting these guys work on it. read more

Came in too have my screen fixed for my iPhone and I was extremely impressed by how fast they fixed my phone. The workers were very kind and really took the extra steps to check and make sure my phone was working with the new screen. Definitely will be returning if I ever break my phone again !
