My mom and I stopped in because she was looking for earrings. She had mentioned before that Pink Box has cute selections at reasonable prices, so we decided to browse. While she was looking at earrings and pointing out styles she liked, I was helping her look through them. For context, I don't even wear earrings since I have large gauges, so I wasn't shopping for myself in that section. Afterward, I moved over to the claw clips and was looking through some butterfly clips to see if they came in matching colors. A sales associate approached us and asked if we needed help. We politely said no thank you and continued browsing. What made us uncomfortable was that after that interaction, the employee remained very close to us and appeared to be watching us the entire time. When we moved to a different area, she followed. Whether intentional or not, it felt as though we were being monitored because she suspected we might steal something. My mom and I both noticed it, and it made the shopping experience uncomfortable. We are paying customers who have visited this store before and have never given anyone a reason to be suspicious of us. I understand that retail employees have a job to do, but there is a difference between being attentive and making customers feel like they're under surveillance. Unfortunately, because of that experience, we didn't feel welcome during our visit.

I needed a privacy screen protector asap as my other one shattered and I was leaving on a trip. Privacy screen protectors are great for planes as the people next to you can't see what business you are doing on your phone. You never know who you are sitting next to. Keep you business confidential! I was parked downstairs at Ala Moana, as I was in Marshalls, and they are right there on the sidewalk area. Walked up, asked if they had- he said let me check, he did and boom they had. He even put it on for me and did a great job! Thank you!

The repair was complete. While i was waiting in line to pick up my phone. The Tech kid was explaining to customer when its a good time to replace the battery, and when to get rid of the phone. Found their conversation enlightening. I paid the $80, with a thank you, and out into the world i went. The only knock I would give them is the credit card "surcharge". Which I was told about at the very beginning. So if you go there to get your phone repaired. BRING CASH... I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I arrived to the location at around 12:30pm (time stamp in image.) I spoke to two employees. I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.

When I purchase my first iPhone yes I've fallen in love with the bling they have here...so shiny and stunning they have basically sizes for all models and these ladies can absolutely personally bling it out for you. Don't get me wrong I fell completely in love with it though I'm not very casual with my phone as it goes in and out of my pockets and tote so some of the jewels have fallen off and honestly I personally can't see it as it's on the back side lol and the gems does feel uncomfortable often I realized it wasn't for me. The ladies here are nice though are here to sell when I came to pick up a phone they were very persistent on selling me headphones as well which are very expensive and I keep saying no really kept trying was totally annoying.

They sell many cell phone accessories, as well as cell phone cases and cell phones. They also specialize in pre-paid phone cards to call internationally. The owner of the store, Calvin was present. He is a wonderful, friendly, and very helpful business person. Very courteous to his customers and accommodates the Korean speaking community customers too. If you are ever in need of cell phones, cell phone accessories, and/or pre-paid phone cards, go to Wireless City in the Kaheka Palama Market. You'll have a great experience there.
