When I followed up, I was told the required part was on backorder and to wait two weeks. Weeks passed with no updates. Each time I called, I got the same excuse: the part was still on backorder and they would "get back to me." They never did. Eventually, after several months of going back and forth, I was told the TV was actually fixed -- but not at the shop. Supposedly, one of their technicians put it in storage. I was then given another excuse by the owner claiming that he injured his back and couldn't check the storage unit himself, and none of his employees were available to look for it. To this day, I still do not have my TV. He continues to claim it's not at the shop and that it might be in storage yet his workers are not available to check and he still dealing with a back injury therefore he cannot check himself. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and do not bring your electronics here because you will get robbed.

Chris stayed on the phone with me for 2 hours (I am not local) and was able to guide me through set-up, care for my system, and even noticed that the red cap from the needle broke off and needed to be removed (pictured). He gave me recommendations on how to get it out, waited for me to try them, and sent me a link for the correct needle replacement. Im able to listen to the radio and my tapes now, just waiting for the needle and I can finally play my records. My laptop is my livelihood, so getting it fixed was imperative. When I called, the first thing he did was tell me how to try to get it working by myself. In the meantime, he would look up the price for a replacement keyboard. My first attempt didn't work, but in a second call, he helped me through the difficulty, and then it worked! Even if it hadn't, he told me it wouldn't cost more than $50 in labor to switch out the board. He was nice and generously gave his time to help me through this without any profit. It's possible that this fix won't last, so he sent me a link to a reputable dealer where I can get a new keyboard to have handy.
