I also never received receipts for the money exchanged or an invoice. The chair unfortunately, does not suit my needs and I need to return but they refuse to accept the chair back and refund my money. On top of that I feel they took advantage of me by not disclosing all the facts before the transaction occurred. I would not have made a large purchase like this if I had known I couldn't return it for a refund.
