I mean, they figuratively bludgeon you over the head with it; As soon as you walk into the store, and head to the right of the door to check out the toys/collectibles, new stock, there it is. A rack of comics proudly adorning the text "LGBTIQ" At the end of the day, having my updated review deleted, presumably at the behest of the proprietor of the shop, coupled with the absolute hilarity of Yelp arrogantly signing their email with "San Francisco, California", is an absolute parody of the state of our society. So there is my updated, sanitized review as to why I will never cross the threshold of Kieths Comics in this lifetime, ever again.

When I showed up during their business hours, it was locked up. The note said left at 4pm and be back at 5pm, but I showed up before 4pm. It looked like the note has been there a while & the store has been closed for a while. Called about 4-5 a day at different times hoping to reach someone for the next 3 days. No one picked up the phone. Closed again the next day. The customer service just said to wait 3 business days for automatic cancellation because there is nothing they could do about store pick up orders. After 3 days, still didn't get a refund. Finally got it refunded in 5 days after I had a family member check the store for me. They were finally open. At that point, I didn't even want the console anymore. Bought it somewhere else.

This is their excuse for not knowing where anything is or being able to work their registers. Most are not friendly and try to avoid customers, chat amongst themselves, will offer you their device to type in the product you are asking about, can't efficiently work their registers, always referring people to customer service for assistance when you need something small, like a gift receipt. Self check out is way more efficient. One manager runs back and forth putting out fires, helping employees, trying to assist but never a word for customers.
