Pretty busy store, but it was just after Christmas. Not sure if this is normal or not, but was still easy enough to move around in and shop. I'm use to the huge store at Disney in Orlando, but this was a decent size store with a lot of options! Loved seeing some of the items in person that I've been eyeing online like the grand piano and the pyramid. It was pretty hard to drag my grandkids out of the store! LOL The store was clean. I had no interaction with any employees as they were all helping other customers, but I had no need for customer service, so all was good. They did look friendly as I did see them helping others. The store is open and easy to navigate in a wheelchair; however, because of how busy it was, a little patience was needed for people to move on, but no biggie and nothing a polite smile and "please excuse me" couldn't handle. :) Also service dog friendly. read more

New to Lego and was excited to check out the retail location. I do most of my shopping from the website typically. I needed a baseplate and came here to browse. Extremely friendly staff and very clean store. I am glad there is a location so close to me where I can go in person and snag a last minute Lego item! I'm definitely addicted. read more

It is not this particular store but Lego online. I submitted a preorder for all of the Pokémon sets day of launch. I waited till the exact timeframe I could preorder, Lego set 72153 it would not allow me. I tried different times of the day. I called Lego customer service 1/14/26 and they stated it was a known issue. When I was finally able to preorder the set the Gift with purchase did not populate as it should have. I called customer service again and advised of the situation. The representative stated on 1/15/26 that the gift would be added soon and that Lego was adding them to each order. I waited patiently till today 2/19/26 where the launch is next week. I waited patiently for 1 hour and 10 minutes only to be told that I ordered to late when in fact I did not! I preordered within the first batch of preorders. Then it was announced they had sold out for preorders and relaunched. I am highly dissatisfied with Lego. I will never preorder ever again and advise none of you preorder from such a company. They will lie to you and tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. When you finally anticipate on getting the product they will shut you down. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! read more

Lego !!! Store at the mall was a nice surprise!! They have some hard to find sets and even some sets that are currently unavailable online. My wife was able to pull me away otherwise I would have gotten about 7 sets on this short visit. I will sleep on it and maybe come back for a set or two (or the original 7 I wanted) The staff was awesome !! Except this one kid but they were great overall. The Lego store in Stonebriar Mall is a definite favorite of mine. While I know in the scheme of lego lovers I am on the low end of expenditure I still have invested quite a bit through this store. There is good reason for this. There are a number of ways for me to get the product but that would deny me the opportunity to interact with a staff that has never failed to go above and beyond. Please understand that I don't give out 5s for doing your job or doing a better then average job that's what 3 and 4 are for. But this location consistently impresses me with their desire and ability to stand out doing more then I expected. To surprise me with service that was more then I would have asked for. That's not easy when you sell a specialized product like lego bricks. I won't bore you with the details because we would be here all day. But I know that when there is something I need, can't find, is hard to come by, or even a simple ask related to Lego. This is the store I will visit to get it done. Hats off to the people that support and make this store the place it is. It is a honer, a privilege, and a pleasure to visit your store. read more

The staff here are always bountiful (in numbers) and nice and patient! They seem to always greet every customer that walks into their store. (I think its their store goal or something which is great!) They kindly and enthusiastically ask is there any particular lego you are looking for today? (My answer's almost always no) and they gently back away. Also, they never ever seem to be one bit irritated or annoyed when my 5 year old start asking questions or carry a long conversation with one of them about legos. Their number of products aren't extravegant but always seem to be well-stocked. Prices are, well, it's Lego- what do you expect? Walmart and Target have little bit better pricing but I think you earn points when you sign up for their VIP card (free). read more

Everything is awesome, everything is cool when your at the Lego store! I may be old, but walking around the Lego store sure make me feel like a kid again. They have so many awesome lego kits that I would have spent hours and hours begging my parents to buy me if I were still a kid. From Star Wars to Superheros to cars, planes, and trains, they have so many cool kits. There are even huge kits of famous world landmarks and building. The store is even split, girls kits on one side, and boys on the other. Along the back wall are individual legos for purchase. Need a 4x2 piece? They sell it by itself. Need a 2x10 piece? You can get that one too. They even have a little station where you can build you own lego men out of special pieces. Down the middle of the store is all kinds of awesome lego merchandise. They have clocks, key chains, ice treys, and on and on. I really hope that some rich uncle I don't know about gives me a $1,000 gift card to the Lego store so that I can go wild. There are so many fun things I would buy and have the time of my life. If you know a lego fan then you should take them here or surprise them with a gift card. This place truly is a little piece of heaven, and I bet the even have a lego heaven kit. "It doesn't matter what you are building, as long as you're having fun." Great Lego store with friendly staff. Everyone is also so welcoming and nice here. They person helping us checked out our items and split our order so we can get more VIP points between uses. They showed us some of the items in the store and shared some cool stories. I wish every store's staff could be as personable and excited about their products. read more

Let me admit, I am a HUGE Lego geek and now my kids are too! We have frequented this store many times since it opened, and it does get super crazy busy on weekends. That being said, we have always been able to get assistance - the people working there really know their product and clientele. Some tips: (1) If you regularly buy Lego, join the VIP Club (free) and earn points for discounts, special builds, etc. (2) Sign your kids up for the Lego Club. They have at least monthly builds - where they mix kids up by age and have them work on a project together. My boys love it and the cost is nominal (includes shirt and small Lego set). read more

Legos have changed since I was a kid (what hasn't?). We wanted to buy our 6 year old niece some Legos for Christmas. My husband, a Lego fan in childhood, was enthralled by the new developments. I was slightly annoyed. Everything comes in ultra-expensive sets now with one thing to make. We aren't letting our kids explore their imaginations!! We had bricks, and the green sheet, and we built houses, parks, streets ... but now I sound old. It's a cool store, prices are comparable, even cheaper than some other retail outlets (according to my mother-in-law) and service was friendly. read more

This a pretty store. All the bright colors of the Lego Bricks is so inviting! It definitely makes me jealous that children nowadays have such access to this. Mind you, I lived in the country, out in the middle nowhere, so this stuff is still so cool to me as an adult. Anyways, employees are so nice here! They smile and ask if you need assistance. Prices are about the same as retailers but my friend say that here is cheaper than Amazon but Idk what she was looking at online. I got a $10 Lego City set for my nephew just to show that I care about his transportation obsession and become his favorite aunt. I saw some pretty cool sets so it's AWESOME for kids. So much sensory things happening! I also saw the giant Disney Castle which made me think that I wanted it. In my mind, that means it convince us (ADULTS) to be more hands on and be creative!! Great selection of kits/Lego sets. The employees are SOOO friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised. You can tell they train them well. Each person I talked to was very knowledgeable and not pushy. My friend's kid walked around the store in awe, he loved all the products. I love visiting the LEGO store. The staff always try to greet you and see if you need any help with anything, where it is looking for a gift or trying to find something for yourself. The store has a vert LEGO based theme to it. The center ceiling light is a red LEGO brick turned upside down. They have an open table area for children to ply with bricks and build things, and they also have a camera/TV screen for you to put a set in front of. The camera and software figures out what you are holding and the a video/3D representation of the finish model shows up on the screen. read more

This wasn't as large as I thought it would be, but they had a great selection of kits and individual pieces. We began snapping pictures of things the kids liked as suggestions for future Christmas and birthday presents from family. I really wish this lego store was bigger. If you are claustrophobic do not enter" it's filled with a ton of unmonitored kids in a tight space. Going in the middle of the day is optimal. Peek times and it's Walmart during the Sunday shopping rush. They could use more events as well. My son does not even like going because it's boring. read more

Yes, I am a HUGE LEGO fan. Every time I walk into this place I feel like I am 10 years old again. They have sets and pieces that you can't find at other retail shops like toys R us and target. Even the LEGO discovery center at Grapevine's mills closer to my house can't compare to this stores. Gail and Kelly are THE best, always so friendly and helpful. They will try their best to find what you are looking for. I think I might have to move to Frisco soon to be closer to this store. read more

My son adores this store. I love how engaged he is when looking at sets, or how excited he is when we pick one out! The staff is very attentive to your needs and are extremely helpful when you have questions. It can be pretty packed sometimes, so that is kind of a downfall, but it just show that business is awesome for them! read more
