However, after the final implants were installed in the spring of 2025, things went downhill fast. Whenever we'd have a question or concern and would reach out, it would be like pulling teeth (no pun intended) to get a reply back. Fast forward to today. My wife heard a pop while eating yesterday and the bridge became loose. We go to have it checked out. They said one of her screws broke and tried their best to work on it. The dentist who worked on her couldn't do much to fix it, because he's new to implants and wanted Dr Stratman to take a look at it first. And we find out he's semi retired, be still comes in from time to time. So the receptionist reaches out to Dr Stratman to see her the next time he's there and he said he doesn't want to see her. And the other dentist doesn't feel comfortable to do it. So they refer us to a different place, but we don't know if any kind of warranty or follow up applies to that place. They pretty much left us to the wolves after we paid $30,000 for these implants. But it seems like since they have their money, they don't care at all. My wife is afraid to eat while there's a screw missing. They filled the holes with a temporary foam, but that seems pointless since they just abandoned us. So beware coming there. They'll take your money and will do the initial work. But if you had any follow up, you're S.O.L.

I have an illnesses which causes me to vomit frequently, sometimes with no warning. I had an episode while in the Martin Dentistry office some time ago. It's not as though they didn't know or hadn't seen it. However, after being late to an appointment which was rescheduled I was ridiculed. Call me silly but I didn't want to uncontrollably vomit all over the dentist or hygienist. Frankly, it's a health risk. I could've easily choked on my vomit during treatment. You can be the best dentist but with an unprofessional, patient facing staff you will eventually lose business. Side note, somehow the office suppressed my Google review. Now I consider them unreliable.

HOWEVER, I will say that this is the first time from start to finish. I changed dentist due to my work and location so this past winter I was looking for a new dentist. I asked a co worker of mine and she recommended this dentist. I did my own research and decided to give it a whirl. The front office staff was great. And my hygienist was knowledgable, talked me through everything and even made a note in my chart about preferences much appreciated. Additionally, they do provide fluoride for their adult patients. This is crucial and I've been getting this ever since I've gone to the dentist. Meeting the dentist was great, she was personable and shared her advice with me about my concerns. She did not force me into any decisions and said it was my choice but she would air on the side of conservative treatment. It was my first time, and I was treated like a VIP. The team was incredibly efficient and was able to provide my cleaning effectively and easily. There were extra touches through the cleaning that made it feel more like a VIP experience than a standard visit to the office. Their pricing was comparable to the other places I had checked out, so the value and pricing were in line. I take that back, the value was greater than the pricing! My Hygienist, Cydney, was friendly and professional. Before the appointment, I spoke with the doctor about modifying one of the procedures to better accommodate my son's needs. She was incredibly understanding and assured me that they could absolutely make that adjustment. Unfortunately, the first hygienist was unable to complete the procedure, and another hygienist made me feel as though the accommodation I was requesting was unreasonable and that I was causing my son unnecessary stress. As his mother, I know my child's needs, triggers, and limitations better than anyone, so those comments felt dismissive and insulting. Thankfully, Kacey stepped in. She had worked with my son before and immediately approached the situation with patience, compassion, and understanding. She took the time to meet him where he was, handled him with such care, and successfully completed the procedure without adding to his anxiety. Most importantly, she treated both my son and me with respect. As a parent of a child with special needs, finding healthcare professionals who are willing to listen, adapt, and provide individualized care means everything. Kacey truly went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help when we needed it most. I had been going to the same dentist office my whole life. After being in the area for a couple of…read moreyears, I decided it was time to find a new one so that I didn't have to continue driving home for appointments. I found Allisonville Dental Center through an online search and using my insurance company's website. My first appointment was in July 2022 and things were fine for the first couple things I had scheduled. The problems started when I was told I needed a crown in February 2023. I paid a reservation fee on this date to secure my appointment and was told the amount I paid would go towards the full payment for my crown. Fast forward to September 2023, and I had yet to have the crown delivered. Every appointment, which lasted about an hour, I was told the crown didn't fit properly and needed to be sent back to the lab. I went to their office a total of 8 times just for this one crown, for it never to be delivered. I ended up having to go to another dentist who was able to get me in, evaluate the crown prep that had been done, make some adjustments, and get the crown delivered all within a 2 week period. I had to make several calls to Allisonville Dental Center in order to receive the refund I was due for a service they didn't provide. The communication between the front office staff and the doctors was non-existent when it came to receiving my refund. Also make sure to pay attention to what you are charged, and what the insurance company says is allowed to be charged as there were problems with that as well. I would recommend getting a pre-determination for any service you receive to have documentation of the proper billing amounts. I was treated and spoken to in a disrespectful manner throughout this process by their billing department and was told I was rude. I tried to give them a chance throughout this process and even be amicable when parting ways due to their failure to provide a service. However, things did not end that way due to me having to constantly request my money back, of which they were trying to undercut me of. I do not recommend going to this office.

She was very kind and supportive during mouth x-rays as well. The cleaning process was very easy and Amber showed great attention to detail in areas where tartar buildup was the worst. Dr. Huseman is a great guy, and he was very informative while showing me my x-rays and walking me through my future filling procedure. This place can get lost in its strip mall between the DMV and the Hobby Lobby, with the sign only saying 'Family Dentistry.' But make no mistake, these folks are top-notch and will alleviate your fear of going to the dentist. I do not reside in Noblesville and have traveled to him all these years due to his great service. When my child was born, I scheduled her to be a patient which she has been for the last 2 years. Throughout those years, his receptionist Anastasia has been rude and unprofessional when scheduling appointments with me as well as rescheduling appointments. When speaking with her she has a negative attitude, talks over me while I'm talking and rushes me off the phone. Almost as if she doesn't want us to be patients there. I requested to speak with Dr. Huseman, at his convenience, to discuss my experience with Anastasia and this request was denied. Although, we have given this dentist office years of support, they do not care about customer loyalty or customer service. I recommend better customer service, a customer care line, office manager, or the office record calls if no one is willing to accept constructive criticism or have difficult conversations. These could all be good strategic/measurement tools to use to prevent bad customer service and present bad customer service if it continues. Remember who you have on the frontline of your business is the most important because they represent you. If I can't be heard to discuss a complaint with a receptionist I know for a fact I won't be heard if there's a concern with my dental care. I no longer recommend this dental facility.
