In fact they worked really hard with me when I was becoming a patient but soon after that is when I could not get them to call me back nor give me answers to questions about my treatments. One person in particular name Nick chooses not to call patients back help them with scheduling and I noticed that he prefers to wear his mask below his nose while there is a room full of patients.

I have been using the same dental insurance for years and I was never charge after a dental cleaning. I got charged getting out of my appointment about 70$ they say that it was something that my insurance don't cover. Well, a month later I got another bill for additional $45. Talking with my wife about it, she realized that a year ago we had to pay them over $1800 to repair a chipped tooth, we probably got screwed back then as well...Not going back to that place.

My appointment has now been canceled twice, including after I had already waited months to be seen. The most recent cancellation was not a same-day emergency situation. I was notified weeks in advance that the appointment would not be kept, yet the clinic did not provide a reasonable solution or help me get scheduled with another provider. For a medical practice, especially one dealing with eye care, reliability and communication matter. Patients arrange their schedules, wait for appointments, and trust that the office will respect their time. Repeated cancellations without an appropriate alternative creates a real access-to-care problem. After this happened, I looked further into the clinic's reviews and complaints and saw many other people reporting concerns about scheduling, communication, billing, insurance issues, and overall poor patient experience. Based on my own experience, those complaints are concerning. At this point, I do not feel confident moving forward with this office. I am thankful I found out before receiving treatment, because repeated scheduling issues and poor communication are warning signs for me. For anyone dealing with repeated cancellations or difficulty accessing care, it may be worth contacting your insurance company and reporting it as an access-to-care or network adequacy issue. Insurance companies need to know when listed in-network providers are not actually providing timely or reliable access to care. I do not believe contacting management will resolve my concern because this appears to be an ongoing pattern based on multiple reviews and complaints. I will be looking for another provider.

One star because you have to give it to give a review. Took 2 weeks to get in with severe…read morevertigo. I get there and they are more worried about testing and selling me a hearing aid. I responded before and after getting the hearing test that I knew my right ear had hearing loss, but as in the past the vertigo was from my "crystals" being out of alignment.... they decide (never saw a doctor) I have something awful going on and want to blast my system with prednisone, and antibiotics for 10 days, come back in 2 weeks..... fast forward 2 weeks, still have vertigo, can't drive, walk a straight line, and now my immune system is fried. They decided (again, no doctor) to put me through more tests. One of which burnt my ear canal. Blowing warm air into the ear canal to test the ear drum. I repeatedly asked the lady to STOP the test, it hurt so badly. She didn't. FINALLY, they did the Epley maneuver to move the crystals back into place. I left this office, and within 2 days had one of the worst sinus infections. (In the past month this is the only place I had been to.) It's been two weeks since then and my ear is still healing from the burn. I did go to another dr who confirmed my ear canal was burnt. I will never return there, I will never recommend them. "Do no harm". Ha! Beware! They want to do expensive tests, when I told them it was my crystals, and a simple maneuver would have given me Relief, they insisted on ridiculous testing.... so sorry I trusted them and didn't stop their bullshit. Beware.
