After a thorough exam (insurance was checked prior) and a good bill of health, they have earned my trust. Hmm... where to start…read more The woman at the front desk, I believe her name was Rachel, was extremely rude when giving me the quote for a temporary crown. While I was signing the paperwork, she snatched it out of my hands, made a copy, and practically threw the copy back at me. After my root canal, I went to Dr. Smith for a temporary crown and what I was told would be a minor repair to a broken filling. The entire procedure took nearly three hours, and I left in more pain than I had after the root canal itself. My mouth was sore for almost two weeks afterward. When I returned for the permanent crown, I was told the appointment would take 30-45 minutes at most. Instead, I was in the dental chair for two hours. After the crown was placed, my teeth were cemented together to the point that I couldn't floss between them. I'm also pregnant, so while I understood the need for one X-ray, they ended up taking four and still could not remove all of the cement between my teeth. They asked me to return in 2-3 weeks, but at this point I will not be going back. I now have to see another dentist to correct the issue. Additionally, while trying to remove the cement, the dentist flossed so aggressively against my gums and the side of my mouth that it left my mouth extremely irritated and even caused a scar on the outside of my mouth. Overall, this was one of the worst dental experiences I've ever had.

When I have any invasive procedure, Dr Goch always follows up with me. My father who has since passed away, only went to Dr Goch as well. Many negative reviews are met with long, defensive responses from the office that shift blame onto patients and disclose personal details.
