I'm glad I ran late for my appointment on Tuesday, and they wouldn't budge on their 15 minutes late (I ran 20 and called ahead, but no grace). It worked out in the end two days later on Thursday, but still a little bitter with their policy. I can't remember how many times I've been received late by WFP over the years ... when I show up on time. Maybe we should charge our healthcare providers when they run late? It cuts both ways.

I was assured I'd receive an email to access the patient portal. I called again today and spoke with Ashanti, as I did not receive the email. They put down the wrong email address. I gave Ashanti the correct email address, a couple of times, voicing phonetics ("pappa" for P, "Mike" for M, etc). Again I didn't receive the email. I asked if they could mail the new patient packet. A supervisor gets on the call & says it could take 24 hours to receive an email!!! He offers to give me the help desk for Optum, who they contract with for their communications. I asked him to read the address they have for my email. He reads my correct email address, but with ".com" at the end. I told him my email address does not end in '.com" and that I never told Ashanti to add ".com" at the end. I told him the correct email address. Within seconds (not 24 hours) I received the email to access the patient portal. Folks, this is a "professional" medical practice!!! Truly Frightening!

I…read morewas 1 minute away from being turned away as I was really late, but the receptionist was very nice and professional and didn't make me feel bad for being late as I was already profusely apologetic for being late. They give u a 10 minute grace period for being late, but if u're later than 10 minutes, they recommend that u cancel and make a new appointment. Lucky for me, i didn't get a ticket driving there! Everyone there is super nice and professional. I had to wait about 15 minutes to be serviced, but it was expected since I was late. I really like this office cuz I can get my labs drawn right in the same office and not have to go somewhere else! The phlebotomist was awesome as well! He was able to get my blood with just 1 poke! I'm really happy with this honor health office and Dr Roy! He's a keeper!!

My husband has had to return to the facility three times for appointments because he was given incorrect dates and because no one knew what kind of blood work had been ordered. GOOD EXPERIENCE: My primary care physician, Dr. Ara, is terrific. So is her PA, Sara, who continues to coordinate with other doctors and labs for me. Wait times for appointments in this department are short. Beware seniors! Be ready for confusion and misstatements. Also be prepared for long wait times for lab work.

I have been a patient of Dr. Malina's for over 7 years and highly recommend him. When I first saw…read morehim, I had a bulging disk and tremendous sciatic pain that had not responded to chiropractic treatment or physical therapy. I went to see Dr. Malina as an alternative to surgery. He was able to completely resolve the bulging disk in 4 visits. It was such a huge relief - anyone who has suffered with sciatica or back pain understands how debilitating chronic pain can be. It was nothing short of miraculous in my opinion. Over the years I have gone back to Dr. Malina for various other injuries and ailments and each time he has provided tremendous relief and a complete resolution of the problem. If he cannot help whatever condition you have, he'll tell you. If you need additional tests or an X-ray etc, he'll tell you so that he can make a decision about whether he can treat you or not. He's very cautious and puts you and your health first. He's doesn't take insurance, but he's worth every penny. I've referred several friends and family to him and he's always provided them the same care and concern that I've been given. He has a true gift. His treatments are relaxing and restorative. His office staff are extremely nice and very professional. I cannot recommend Dr. Malina enough. He has literally given me the gift of a healthy structural body alignment and freedom of movement.

His magic touch slipped whatever was out of place back where it belonged. I did need a second visit to get everything completely back to normal. My husband and Mother-in-Law have had similar experiences over the years. About a year ago something happened. I'm not sure what I did but the pain in my hip and knee kept getting worse and worse. I finally decided to do something about it and was so pleased to see that Dr. Malina was still in business. He was able to see me the following day. He spent nearly two hours with me, getting my history and locating the source of my pain. I'm not surprised that I was no longer limping as I walked to my car. I waited two weeks to write this review because I wasn't sure if I'd need another visit. So far so good! My thigh muscle hurts a little, but I'm pretty sure that's because things were out of whack for so long. I can't explain how he does it, but he is very gentle. Bottom line is that I highly recommend Dr. Malina. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
