The only thing I don't like about this place is calling them. Sometimes they don't answer and you're waiting for so long before the machine tells you to call again and hangs up. Very reliable. I paid my copay there and verified they were in net work and, received no extra exams or anything and they billed my insurance $268. I called the billing department and tried to get a breakdown but it never went anywhere and I just had to pay the bill. Could be a great place but will never go back due to the billing issues.

Dr. Loo, Jackie and all the staff have created something truly special. Walking into their office feels like being welcomed by family--warm, comforting, and caring. Every nurse, assistant, and staff member greets you with a smile and makes you feel genuinely cared for. Also he has taken care of my husband Diabetes. He works hard and catches up on new medical developments quickly. He found "Jardiance" for my husband. It is very helpful. Dr Lieber is very nice and friendly with us. When my husband stepped down from the office bed, he reached his hand to hold my husband to make sure my husband was physically safe. Dr. Lieber always is willing to give us referrals for specialists as needed. His Internal Medical background with his great experience and knowledge diagnosed some of our health issues and stopped at early stages. I like to use the chance to thank Dr. James Lieber for making a great order on my PET/CT whole body scan. Because of these scans, he found my left Thyroid Nodule problem. He helped by giving me the referral to the best Thyroid Doctor in Arizona. Recently the Nodule cancer at the left Thyroid has been successfully removed. The right side of Thyroid and the Lymph nodes around the Thyroid are OK. From the time when we found the Thyroid Nodule to the time to surgery on the malignant Nodule, it took 1 month and 8 days. I have never received such compassionate & helpful care before in my life. Lauren Blizter is hands down the best NP I've ever seen. She is so warm, helpful, efficient, and has provided me with the best care I've ever received in a medical setting. I was sad to hear she was leaving this office but I will be staying because everyone in this building is also incredibly kind and helpful. I always feel seen, heard, and respected. I know that when I come here I will be treated right. To emphasize the level of care this office provides: During one appointment, I was sitting in their lobby waiting to be seen when I got the news that my dog had died. Embarrassingly, I was a mess and couldn't stop crying. Every person that interacted with me in the office was so sweet and understanding and went out of their way to comfort me.
