Found this place on Yelp and it really is as great as all the reviews claim! I had dropped my phone while out on a Saturday night and the screen shattered very badly. I came in right when it opened on Sunday morning and had the screen replaced in less than 20 minutes! Jerry also threw in a free screen protector. I dropped my iPhone 6s on a concrete walkway and immediately heard a loud CRACK! It was the familiar sound of my money sprouting wings and flying out of my bank account. I looked down and my suspicions were confirmed; my screen was shattered. I searched and ultimately found few locations and even visited a few, but my girlfriend insisted we try IRepairPhone. After making an appointment at the Apple Store and having to wait 2 hours, we drove over to Monterey Park and boy was I glad I listened to her. Came here to get my iPhone 6 repair. I called in and he said it was $70 and when I went there he said it was $80 ??? I paid $80 for my phone then when I got it, the screen was glitching. I brought it back again, and the next time I got it back I couldn't call anyone, I decided to give him another chance then I'll get my money back, so I brought it in again, he fixed it and when I got home there was a dent and my home screen button didn't work. I came back and asked for a refund and he only gave me back half my money and told me to speak to his boss, so I did, and his boss told me that it is MY fault that I damaged the phone when I brought it in fine and got it back destroyed. I had to come back four times in three days and got nothing but my phone destroyed even more than it was before. And in the end, I never got my money back nor did they fix it correctly, they unscrewed my phone and now the screen is loose and they won't fix it. The last time I brought it in, the screen was on tightly and when he took it off he decided to make it loose and said that it is "normal". I took it to another store and they said it isn't suppose to be like that and that I have to come back to this place again so they can fix it. Do not come here if you ever need your phone repair because they will mess it up and scam your money. read more
