She quickly made the arrangements and kept me updated throughout the process. There was a small additional fee due to the same day request but it was minimal and I was grateful they could accom odate us with such short notice. Antonio the driver and his associate were helpful and courteous and helped my dad get in and out of the vehicle and escort him to his room. They truly helped us out and took great care of my dad - will definitely use them again. : )

I will start with the last incident because it was so serious On the second Wednesday they were supposed to watch her, I got a call saying their caregiver was sick and would have to leave. I was expected to drop everything, rush home and save the situation. It seems to have escaped them to have found a replacement caregiver (such as sending some office staff) Other problems I had: The first caregiver who was supposed to drop my mother off, arrived late without a car making that impossible They sent an email on Friday saying they couldn't provide anyone on Sunday Monday they asked for a meeting. I said when can you be here. They picked Tuesday 10:30 a.m. Ten minutes after they were supposed to be here, they called to say they were running late even though they had picked the time They also claimed my mother, who hasn't watched tv in 12 years, was anxious to get the TV room back in shape Funniest of all, they called to tell me that my refrigerator didn't have a lot of food and maybe I could watch my mother while they went to the grocery store Needless to say, I terminated my relationship with these people
