I went for a pedicure and a gel fill on Aug 11th 2023. The first red flag was no liner in the ped tub. The files were not very clean. The older gal that did my pedicure nicked every single toe with the file. The manicure was dreadful- again filing my skin and cuticles- Every toe and finger was red and irritated when I left. It's been a little over 2 weeks- I am now at urgent care with an infection in my big toe. I have to go on an antibiotic for 2 weeks and follow up with a podiatrist! Never again..first and last time. Made a Yelp account specifically to review this place. Went to this place for the first time as my usual spot did not have any openings, and I have never been so dissatisfied by a salon. I made an appointment right at opening time.. got there a few minutes before they "opened" and they were already full and I had to wait. Then, my appointment was rushed. She did not shape my nails the way I wanted, the tops were crooked and jagged, the paint job was messy and had paint all over my cuticles. She also aggressively filled my acrylic down with a straight nail file, filing all the skin around my nails in the process. I started bleeding in 3 different spots and my cuticles were sore and torn up for days after. Nails were lifting and breaking after less than a week. Would never go here again. read more

My girls got manicures and pedicures. After the pedicure experience I declined a manicure. For the price of $25 I totally expect you to do more than cut and file my nails before sloppily applying two coats of color and a top coat. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I went in for a full set and pedicure and the lady gave me a square when I had specifically said I wanted a coffin shape what then when I went for a pedicure I was rushed out of my Manicure when there was only one other person waiting, and I called ahead. I was paying more than $70 to be treated horribly, my nails came out fine but my pedicure was Horrendous a I wanted gel and the lady gave me no time to tell her what I wanted ( I'm glad I didn't bc their prices are outrageous)! I left with fine work and spent so much on it. When I got home after a day my toes had chipped AND my toes weren't even painted right just like one little dot on each toe. I've never had such a horrible experience. I felt bad doing so bc I usually tip 20%+, but I didn't not leave a tip. Never returning, I'd much rather go to The Nail Bar in Scotchtown. read more

I went for pedicure and fills. Pedicure was rushed and very rough. The owner did it I told her several tomes to be more gentle. . My fills lasted one day and the gel polish started to peel. I was over charged and she said she made mistake. The place was empty so being rushed is unacceptable. . It was $85 and I didn't not feel relaxed at all. Very disappointed! read more

I have been going to Song Nails & Spa since they opened. They're very meticulous when they do your nails and if they see one little flaw.. they will do it over. They go above and beyond any salon I have been to in the area. The pedicures include a parafin wrap of your heels, leaving them feeling sort and smooth. The manicures end with a great mini neck, head and shoulder message leaving you feeling like a million bucks! It's a wonderful atmosphere, too LOVE THIS PLACE! Amazing service, the salon itself is kept immaculately clean and it provides a comfortable, relaxing and cozy environment. Very attentive staff. I always feel pampered when I come here. read more

I really used to love this place. Twice now my pedicures were not done right. They are suppose to clean under my nails. Also had a bikini wax and the wax wasnt hot enough that it hurt when they spread the wax. Three strikes and your out! read more

Not Impressed. I rarely get my nails done but wanted to treat myself so I went here. The nail lady talked me into getting gel which I was initially happy about since I will be attending a wedding next weekend. BUT my nails look horrible. All she did was sand them down...didn't manicure them at all! And today (the second day, I have 2 chips ). I was looking for a place to get my wedding parties nails done since I'm getting married in a month and we will not be going here. A waste of $35! read more

I went to the salon 2 weeks ago and found this place to be "sterile". Not warm and friendly at all. The tech that did my nails did not say two words to me. I was not treated very nice from the minute I walked in the door. The place seems clean and has a decent set up but the atmosphere was not one that I have experienced before in other salons. I wanted to get a nail design and was not even offered the opportunity to requets it. In addition I was told that my mani and pedi was $37 dollars and I had to pay before they did the manicure. I was fine with that however what I did not think it was right when I handed the tech $40 and she did NOT give me my change. I guess she just assumed the extra $3 was for tip. I was planning on tipping anyway but felt like it was forced. I felt this was extremely RUDE. I left another $5 and did not even get a thank you. Their attitude was like they did not even care. Did not even check to see if my nails had dried or anything.. This is not the vibe I am used in getting these types of services. In addition my nail polish did not even hold up for a week. I ended up having to get them done again during my vacation.. I am not planning on going back. I can only hope they read the reviews to improve. read more
