be aware: I called this salon and ask the prices beforehand. Man on the phone said a fill-in is $43 with gel color and the ombré design is $15 & no additional charges for cutting down. That would be a total of $58. After my nails were done, he shows he a screen for $88. Picture of the breakdown posted. Surpise fees added on. I then decided to pay by card and the screen changes again to $91.34. without saying anything, a new fee for using a card. My nails would not even be considered long but I was charged for "Large" full-in and extra to shape it after the cut-down. YOU need better customer service, I could understand we are human and everyone makes mistakes but the attitude you had about the mistake YOUR business made was not it. Let me start off by saying that I had no intentions of writing this review with as low of a star. However, I feel it's necessary in the event this happens to another person. I went to this nail salon after I saw a co-worker nails and thought their design and nails were really nice. She had only a gel manicure. I asked my co-worker who did her nails and she said Monica. I booked an appointment with Monica on 6/25. When I arrived the location was neat organized and clean. She began doing my nails, she was nice, professional and I barely had to wait to be seen. However, as she progressed doing my nails I knew I was not going to like them they were really thick, did not look natural at all and some were crooked. In addition, she did my left thumb 3 times because the gel kept lifting from my nail, completely. I have never experienced this and I have been doing my nails since I was 16, I'm 34 for reference. Her coworker asked if this has ever happened to me as if it was an issue with me and not with the technician or materials! Nonetheless, I already decided to move forward and just not return. Once Monica got to painting my nails the nails looked worse, she put 3 coats of polish, which made them look even thicker. I just wanted to leave at this point but I had also scheduled a pedicure. The pedicure was mediocre. I guess Monica could tell I was unhappy and I had pointed out the gel polish on my right thumb was also lifting, I have never seen that before either. She asked if she could do the polish over because she too didn't like how they turned out. Initially I said no because I was there since 4:45 and it was almost 7, but later agreed. After, redoing the polish and filing down the gel I was okay with them. But didn't f get at what I wanted and was there for 3 hours. The very next day while out shopping I looked down only to see another nail completely gone! At this point the salon was closed. I called the following morning and while on the phone 2 other nail are visibly lifted and came right off! The male on the phone stated that Monica informed him that it may be a concern the day I got my nails done and to come in to have them fixed. Through the day more came off and I literally could just pull the get apart. I have had press on nails that lasted longer that these nails. I called back and requested a refund because at this point I don't want anyone there touching my nails. Only to be given a return phone call stating that in order to get a full refund I have to go in person and have the nails removed! What nails?! They were all gone! I'm still awaiting to hear from the owner who I requested to speak to directly. Please see photos, I can't make this up! Update: I spoke with the owner to again try to place blame on my fingernails and the proceed to only offer 50% refund!!!! Did mention these nails last less than 24 hours! Then after going back and forth she offered for another technician to do my nails "free of charge" which I don't know how it's free of charge if I'm not getting a full refund. I for obvious reasons declined! I rather not deal with horrible customer service or waste my time there again. All the Owner had to say was that she told her employees if they were not happy with their work to not continue doing the work so no one's time is wasted and then proceeded to let me know they have never had any issues with anyone else. I went for a quick trip to upstate NY over Presidents weekend to visit my family. My sister and I decided to get a mani/pedi since my nails were atrocious. The service that I received was horrendous. It was as if the person who did my nails had zero experience and I was their first client. I expressed my disservice to the manager and they agreed my nails and toes were done poorly and they told me I could pay $20 for the service (original price $38). They offered to repaint my nails but I didn't have time to redo my nails as this was a short trip and wanted to spend time with my family. The fact that they still made me pay was incredulous. If I had a nail salon, I would NEVER allow a customer to leave unhappy. I have no qualms paying but they were insistent that I pay for a service that I was unhappy with & that didn't sit right with me. I have no idea how this business has the positive reviews they do. I am extremely disappointed. My mom and sister are avid customers and because of this incident they will not be returning. My 18 year old brother can paint my nails better. read more

french gel manicure I had done yesterday (6/14/24) began to peel after 3 hours, I went back and was told to leave... Today I called and the OWNER says she will fit me in before they close... they close in 90 mins and she hasn't called... This salon is over priced for what you get, everything is an excuse as to why it is not up to customer satisfaction. Why did I pay for a French and get peeling gel? 99.9% of salons would absolutely fix this.. not here. They have an attitude issue and don't care about what their customers think clearly as I paid quite a bit for my fill + French and they don't care its cracking ok... They were able to accommodate me as a walk in for a full set of acrylics and a spa pedicure. Jackie did both services for me and did excellent work. She was very precise in making the nails straight, even, and shaped exactly how I wanted. I really appreciated how she checked in every step of the way to ensure I was happy with the service. But I've got to say that her fingers were really dirty. There was red and yellow stuff stuck to her fingertips, which wasn't very appealing. My experience was about two stars, but my sister who went with me had a terrible experience. A different nail technician messed up on my sister's nails and made her pay extra when her nails came out puffy with bubbles. If you guys were hoping to please customers, you would apologize for making mistakes, and even offer a discount or a free round of repairs to keep customers happy. But no, you charge $10 extra dollars to fix your own wrongdoing. Also you guys were so adamant and full of attitude when confronted. What a ridiculous way to treat your patrons. I had a full set, acrylics with gel polish put on. My nail tech was very nice but didn't understand the shape of the nail I was asking for. I wanted a rounded top with square edges, and I wound up getting stiletto-esq shaped nails. It hasn't even been two weeks and every nail is lifting up, with three completely off. Loved this place! Went today for the first time & my first impression was wow how clean and nice it must be new. The ladies were super sweet & spoke clear English that I understood so that was a huge plus to me. I had a gel manicure and she did a complete mani. Most places I've been to do not give a complete mani when you have gel polish. So this made me happy. I paid a few dollars more than my usual but if my nails make it at least 2 weeks it will be well worth the extra $ to me.
