Irish Bros. Coffee for the win! Barb offered excellent customer service. The quality of their drinks and food is worth the price. Trust me!! Story time: I visited my local Starbucks. I asked for a blended white mocha with strawberry puree. It was watered down. I went back through the drive thru and explained the disappointment. I asked them to remake it but perhaps just iced. The second drink I received was bitter. I was completely convinced that Starbucks has run down on the quality of their beverages. I wasted $8.00. I decided to stop by Irish bros coffee and omg, I'm so glad I did. Barb came to the rescue. She made me the best blended white mocha with raspberry frappe. It was interesting flavors. My sister got me a blended shamrock mocha house special. It was white chocolate and mint cream. My mom got a hot chai. I can't recall what my sister got, but all of our drinks were good. I got a muffin, my sister got a breakfast sandwich and my mom got oatmeal. All good. We were staying at a hotel and my sister got it from the drive-thru for us since the hotel we were staying at didn't have good breakfast options let alone no complimentary breakfast, so this was a great choice for us and it was just down the street too. Really good espresso here at Irish Bros. I get the quad shot white mocha and it's super smooth to drink as well as delicious. Near 181st and Sandy, and right next to i84 on ramp, Irish Bros is convenient and worth the stop. Cute little wrap around drive thru. read more

Coffee used to be decent not so much, service also used to be stellar...that is until the Owner's wife stepped in. I was chatting with one of my fav baristas a couple months ago and noticed a woman I've never seen standing behind her clearly taking a video. I wrapped up the convo and went to work, I felt compelled to return the next day even tho I was off work (I used to stop daily on the way to work) to let her know what I had witnessed. The employee was angry, but not shocked as she and several other employees had voiced serious concerns about her "management" and clear BOLI and harrasment violations. It was a super hot day (the day of the video) and the barista was wearing shorts and a tank...it really creeped me out to watch this older woman clearly video the back of the Barista up and down. A week or so later I was back and my Barista let me know that she confronted the "Manager" (so gross to even refer to her as that) with her boyfriend and recorded the interaction. They told her to erase the video that she initially denied taking, or they would contact the authorities. She complied and they watched her delete the videos!!! They also made sure she deleted from the "Recently Deleted" file on her iPhone. Personally, I'd have called the authorities, BOLI and the local news. If they are doing this to employees imagine what they're comfortable with doing to the customers and general public?!?!?!?!?! read more

The workers are amazing! Not so much so with the new management. We had faithfully come to this location as we live close by. We had a full punchcard ready for a free drink. Mind you that probably represented about $50 in coffee that we had purchased. Apparently the new ownership does not honor past stamp cards, nor are they doing new ones. We will not be going back to this location or recommending it. Hopefully they will change. read more

I'm a huge fan, so much so that I drank coffee here four days in a row. You might think that is nothing but I am not a coffee addict. I drink coffee on average of once a month so that should tell you something! All the girls that work here are super sweet and hard working. It's a close distance to my job so it's in a very convenient location for me. Prices are great, coffee is fantastic. The one that started my coffee crack addiction is called Toasted Caramella, I'm sure you can guess what's in it! Yes, yummy caramel; also, breve and toasted marshmallows. It's delicious! I like this particular one better than anything I've ever had at Starbucks, Dutch Brothers or Black rock coffee. It's a pretty cute little patio area right in front of the ordering window, so in the summer months (whenever that decides to show up in Oregon) you can sit there and enjoy your coffee as cars drive by and spread their smog in the air :) read more

Irish Bros was my first time going through a drive through coffee shop, which seem to be very common in Oregon. They only had one person working so their system seemed pointless. You ordered from one window and were supposed to go to another window to pick up order and pay. The one employee managed everything on her own and with a smile even as the credit card machine started causing issues. As for the drinks we ordered, they were ok. read more

If I am being honest the coffee tasted burnt so it wasn't my favorite. The employee said that they roast their coffee beans in house but the coffee itself tasted so burnt. Hence the three stars. However, the costumers service was great and she was quick with my order. Not sure if I will stop by there again but maybe I'll give it a try one more time. read more

This has been a really nice Coffee Shop since it opened. Very Nice building that is a drive thru with a covered patio with tables if you want to sit outside in the nice weather. They are fast and friendly and always know what I want when I come through. The coffee is pretty good and smooth, on occasion to much flavor has been put in my drink, I am not a super sweet drink lover, I like the essence and want the coffee to be dominant. This happens rarely and I enjoy each stop to this shop. Keep up the good work, I love independent shops! read more

My friend recently worked at this place and it was really great for sometime until the owners wife stepped in and decided to take over when she has ZERO experience working in a coffee shop let alone managing one. She focused on all of the wrong things trying to "make more money" and decided to take away punch cards all together and not let people cash in their free ones they had saved. She treated the employees like actual trash and was so disrespectful. She legit made the employees cry. It got so bad one of them walked out and quit mid shift because she couldn't take the cruelty. She constantly thought the employees were stealing the product because she would go shopping and stuff would run out but it was because people were buying coffee? A lot did not make sense. They wanted to save the business but ended up running it into the ground. They can no longer open because the owner drove away all her employees because she was so mean. I'm sad to see this happen but it was well deserved. read more

The service was quick, and the barista was sweet and did a great job on the Irish Elixir! There's a small spot to sit outside, with plenty of shade. The pricing was also not bad either, about equal to prices at Black Rock. The building itself is quite small and there's only a drive thru lane. From the view I was able to see inside, the floors are clean and the equipment appears clean as well. Would totally recommend!! read more

Short and sweet-- My girlfriend and I both got coffees here on our recent trip to Portland. We each ordered soy milk mochas and we were both happy with our coffees. I used to drive out of my way to get an iced mocha from this little drive through spot. It was a gem in the rough. Smooth taste, wonderfully balanced in whatever syrup you chose to add. The last two times I have been in the last several months has made me not want to return. Seems perhaps the espresso has not been poured right away. My used to be wonderful iced mocha now has an overpowering taste of the flavor pump. Not much mocha flavor & a very bitter coffee taste at the end. Not velvety smooth like before :( so sad to actually dislike your coffee so much that you throw it away and try to search out another. Totally sucks. Only gave two stars because every time I have been the ladies that work there are always the sweetest. Otherwise based on my last two drinks it would've been a one. Hope third times a charm & they don't loose my business loyalty forever. read more
