Food is great. No complaints in that department. Management of the app orders is a problem. Rarely is my app order ready when promised, often not even started until i arrive and inquire about it. The ASAP orders I give a little more grace to, but tonight I ordered an hour in advance. When I arrived 5 minutes after my scheduled time, there was no order, no bag pending sandwich completion. They couldn't even find my order for the longest time. Someone obviously printed it off when it came in and figured they had an hour until pickup so it was shoved aside. After my order was found, I was told, "ok we're making it now". I was told this 2 times in between them handling in store and other app orders. Not cool at all. Conclusion: It's faster to wait in line in the store than to order in advance on the app. And certainly not too far in advance! I think management needs to tweak their organization systems some because this shouldn't be. read more

The sandwich I ordered today from Jersey Mike's was terrible. The bread was good, but the insides were a sloppy mess. Way too much mayo that it was just a mess. The insides would squirt out the bottom of the sandwich when I try to take a bite. It was so wet and sloppy. While eating the sandwich, the main flavor was the mayonnaise. Just gross. I'm going to stick with Subway as I find it a much better sandwich. read more

I like this place. Not the cheapest sub in town, but I never am left hungry or feeling like I didn't get my money's worth. We usually do grubhub for this place, so I don't go in here very often but the food is good! We got two subs, cheesesteak and the number 4; which I love them both. Tried the salad bowl last night. Not impressed. $15+ The salad was small for the price and wasn't even filled to the top of the bowl. I asked for avocado to be added. It was a small spoonful for $2.75. Very disappointing. This location has some consistency issues. We have had great subs and terrible subs. We generally order from the app and almost never get the items that we checked off in the order form. read more

I ordered pick up through Yelp. It went to GRUB hub. I received the confirmation email it had been received at the location I needed. Went to pick it up 40 minutes later and they didn't have the order. I received notification through GRUB hub it was ready for pick up as well. When I got there to pick it up and they could not find it. Said they do not have it. Two of the employees were really rude about it. Kept asking me For names so I gave them name options. Couldn't be bothered by it. Kept telling me it went to a different location even though I told them multiple times, no it went here. I have the order info. Then the shift manager came to help. He was really kind and tried his best to figure it out. Called his manager who walked up at that time. He was really nice. I showed him the order on my phone, it did get sent to that location, I showed him the payment info. After 20 minutes he took my name And all the missing order info I had and asked what the order was, 5 sandwiches and chips. He had them made right away so I could be on my way back to work. Reason for sharing this whole s***show of events is DONT ORDER VIA YELP. Use a different app if you have one. This is so far the only issue we have ever had at this location or any Jersey Mikes. We Either order or eat at this location 3-4 x a week and the sandwiches are always great. Fresh and usually very timely no matter how busy they are. Staff are generally much more pleasant than this experience. Kudos to the shift manager for trying to help me (since this was not an error on my end) and the manager for realizing that as well and just making it right and getting my order taken care of all While being nice. The energy from the staff was absent, made no eye contact and the girl making the sandwich ahead of us was pushing her fist into the bread. There were 4 people working the day me and my friend came in. They took our order and the woman's after us. It was 10 minutes before they started working on our order. 3 workers were standing around or stocking. They filled the woman's order before even starting on ours. The Philly Cheese was great! I'm from the mid-Atlantic and grew up on subs & steaks. I was super hungry & have resisted JM's due to it being a franchise. My car led me in. I got the Turkey with provolone & was happily surprised to see the cherry peppers. The staff was friendly & accommodating. The place was clean. I was impressed by the efficiency & speed. I purchased a medium size thinking I'd have half later. Nope. I snarfed it all on my way home to The Gorge. The bread was pretty close to the east coast original. Ordered a giant roast beef & provolone sub Mikes way. It should have had roast beef, provolone, tomatoes, onions, pickles(requested), lettuce, Mayo, oil & vinegar. What did I get, roast beef, provolone, bacon & lettuce, onions and a small sprinkle of oil & vinegar..... nothing else! The sandwich was dry and tasteless..... no flavor at all. This was my first and may I say last visit to this location. I put mustard on the sandwich to give it flavor. This is the yellow sauce you see in the picture. I should also add there were five employees on staff at the time. They were very unorganized. It took about 10 minutes to get my sandwich and there were only three customers in the store. I have been here several times and things have always been great. But today, I ordered 4 sandwiches and only got 3. To add on to it every sandwich was wrong. I just stopped at Jersey Mike's to get dinner. I ordered four giant sandwiches, and the place was very very dirty and disgusting. I watch the gentleman that was making the sandwiches dip his rag and cleaning solutions and then proceeded to cut the meat with the same gloves he had on I asked him very nicely. Can he change his gloves because I didn't want to eat solutions he told me it's fine That it wouldn't hurt me. I was like wow really I would not eat here for nothing in the world. Got 3 regular subs to go, probably about 2 nights ago. The food always taste well so no complaints there, but the place was an absolute wreck. I preordered my sandwich, drove 10 minutes and walked in. There was a palatable level of tension that permitted the silence. The employees were moving with all of the urgency typically only displayed by very old tortoises. Ten minutes later and only one sandwich has been made and still I wait. If you say somethings going to be ready, it should be ready. If you are running behind, you should move with the urgency. We ordered Tuna Fish sandwiches with multiple toppings and got only tuna fish on bare buns. Who orders a sandwich with nothing on it? Well, it turns out that an "X" is put next to toppings selected on Grubhub. I thought the "X" meant you did NOT want the topping. So instead of getting everything on our sandwiches, we got nothing. Anyhow, the tuna fish and the rosemary bread was good, but the sandwich was incomplete without any toppings.
