We love Irma and have been loyal clients for the last 3 years - our parents helped sway us to hire cleaners once we started having a family and we have never looked back! They have been more than fair and reasonable. They show up early, do a fantastic job and are fast and unnoticed. We completely trust them - sometimes we actually aren't even around when they clean our place and if we're working from home, they make themselves scarce while cleaning the table. One of my favorite things is that they get to know you and your pet peeves for cleaning to look for those intricacies and they also have fun interior design and charming ways to make your house momentarily (at least for us!) feel like a hotel. They fold the towels and blankets in a special way. They make our bed (we never do). Delighted to recommend this family run business over and over again. I contacted Irma about a week before we moved into our new house and she immediately impressed by how responsive she was - called me back on the same day and stayed in touch all the way up to my appointment via text. Unlike other cleaners we talked to, Irma actually visited our house in-person in order to provide the most accurate estimate, which we appreciated. On the day of, we had 2 nice ladies go through our house thoroughly, and although they initially missed a bathroom where we still had a plumber working, a quick phone call later Irma and team were back and deep cleaned that bathroom on the same day. This is a nice family business and they are easy to communicate with. Overall, they did a good job with my move-in deep cleaning, but it's certainly not spotless as I identified some debris within the cabinets and white power (baking soda?) in the oven. I just have to express my sincere gratitude for Irma and her amazing gals. She was extremely responsive to my reach out, came the next day for an estimate and I was able to schedule a deep cleaning quickly. They were here for 3 hours and my condo looks absolutely incredible. I am a single mom who works full time and I just could not keep up. I had loads of clean laundry and they folded everything for me. I burst into tears! I had to work on a project while they were here, so they cleaned my office first so I can work. I have very tall ceilings and lots of windows with shutters. They cleaned everything so thoroughly and with so much care. My daughter who is 9 absolutely loved her room and how they put special touches on it, like her mermaid tail on the bed. They are incredible!!! I can't recommend them enough! I've never had a cleaner before but have always wanted one, so when my neighbor recommended Irma and her daughter Rosa, I was really excited to try them out and they met all of my expectations and then some! Irma and Rosa came by to give us an initial quote. It was easy to schedule a time with Rosa over text. The cleaners were meticulous yet efficient, got all the difficult spots I can never clean (the ceiling rims, window sills, under the couch cushions) and were done in a little over 2 hours. After they left, I was so impressed by their attention to detail - all my sauce bottles on the kitchen were cleaned, each one of my whiskey bottles (haha), and even the box for my litter box scooper! Update: they texted following this review offering a partial refund. For $150, I am very satisfied for what was covered from the 3 ladies in 2 hours for a 2br1ba general clean. Original review - The cleaners did a good job for what they did do, but they were not equipped for anything extra dirty/ crevices that need more than clorox and a microfiber cloth, mop, and vacuum. I'd recommend them for a general clean, though that wasn't quite what I was looking for. Irma responded quickly to my request and had availability within the following week. I was located far away, so she offered to Facetime or look at photos/ videos to give me a quote in lieu of the usual in-person walkthrough. I provided photos of the dirtiest areas of concern, such as the shower tracks and window crevices, and got a quote for $250 for a 2br1ba deep clean. I was rescheduled last minute to the following day. 3 young ladies speaking limited English arrived. I gave them a walkthrough of areas I wanted cleaned/ skipped and they got to work. They were unmasked and wore their shoes inside, which they wiped with a cloth when they stepped in. When they told me the bathroom was done, I checked their work and saw the dirtiest areas like the shower door track were not addressed and pointed it to them. They gave the area a few more swipes to little effect. What they did do: mopped all the floors, windows (not deep dirt in corners), metal window blinds, did the dishes lying around, removed hair from hairbrush, vacuumed the sofa, made the bed, folded towels "hotel style", wiped all tables, shelves, surfaces like microwave and mirror, brief wipe of inside of fridge, took out trash. I thought they did well but wouldn't describe these as "sparkling", ie stovetop still had marks that probably needed abrasives to get off. The 3 of them completed this in about 2 hours. They asked me to look over their work, and I let them go since I knew where I wanted further cleaning for was out of their scope. Irma's initial message offered free followup cleaning if anything was dissatisfactory, but I decided what I was asking for was probably out of their scope and ended up doing the detailing I wanted myself. Overall, they did a good job, just wasn't what I was looking for. read more
