Unfortunately, my experience did not align with those expectations. The crew installed approximately 100 defective pickets along with several problematic posts. I was told their installers had significantly more experience than those at other companies, which made it all the more frustrating that such obvious defects weren't caught and avoided during installation. While they did return to replace the posts, I was left wondering why those materials were used in the first place. To make matters worse, a 6x6 post was also questioned -- some professionals claimed it was acceptable, others said it was clearly defective. FIRST FENCE did eventually replace it, but not without multiple visits and conversations. While the fence does look good now, the process was far more stressful than it should have been. One of the main reasons I hired a premium company like FIRST FENCE was to avoid the headache of micromanaging a project. Unfortunately, I ended up doing just that. EDIT: Less than a year since install and already having gate failure in a low traffic area. The company is trying to charge $300 to repair the fence. apparently a gate used 2x weekly is too much and the gate is for just looking at and not using.

This was also at a time when lumber prices were dropping rapidly so the quotes varied depending on when the vendor was pricing lumber. Same Day initially came in higher but when I brought them a competing quote and asked them to revise based on current lumber costs they not only met the competitive quote but offered to beat it. When it came time to install, their team showed up on time and even provided me recommendations for how build out the fence in a way that would look more appealing. I was replacing a 130' section of fence that was installed a year ago by my builder to make it taller and immediately noticed a big difference in the quality of work. Their installer paid attention to every detail, even custom cutting boards at angles to make them even with the ground given that my yard runs at a slope. I would highly recommend using them!

I paid the required deposit of $9500 for the purchase of material with the balance to be paid at the completion of the fence installation. He never purchased material, never installed my fence and has failed to refund my $9500. We paid our deposit by the end of January and for 6 weeks, Cheikh Senghor gave numerous excuses why the fence work could not start: 1. It's raining where the material is located (even though it wasn't raining at my home) 2. He had to fire the business "partner" who had to work on my fence 3. The babysitter got rear-ended so he had to watch the baby 4.The day before another promised start date, he asked, did you call 811? I said yes. They never showed up. 5. His wife had to work so he had to watch the baby. 6. It rained the night before. Again, no rain at my property and Atlanta had amazing whether during the month of February. 7. He's sick. Leaves a message coughing. And, doctors can diagnose what's wrong with him. 8. He's at the doctor 7. He has Jummah at 2:15pm EST so can't send receipts showing he spent the $9500 or part thereof on material. He never sent proof. 8. He has to watch the baby 9. He's sick and "still at the doctor's appointment" 10. Work will start in the morning, "for sure", no work, no workers, no material. There are more excuses. I continuously asked him what was honestly causing the delay. I asked him about the material. He told me it was on his trailer. Then, on Friday, March 10, he told my fiancé that it was at a fence supplier located in Marietta, GA. We called the supplier and, yup, you guessed it, there was no such order ever placed and no such order pending pickup. We gave him many benefits of the doubt. He was scheduled to start work on Monday, March 13 and on Sunday, March 12, he sent a message at 10:42pm stating that he was canceling the contract. I was not surprised. He is a scam artist. He said I would get my refund in full today. And as of 10pm, on Monday, March 13, I haven't received a penny towards his repayment of my $9500. DO NOT TRUST CHEIKH SENGHOR. AND, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM IN ANY CAPACITY. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LION FENCE. LION FENCE isn't a registered entity in the state of Georgia. This company was referred to me by a neighbor who had a great experience when the company was new and growing. That was then, this is now. My fence is a cap and rail style which is more expensive. You have to pay half up front t and then they expect the balance immediately after finishing. I did not receive what I expected and would not recommend his installer. I had to call after my fence was installed to report some issues. One of the co-owners Dustin came out in a week and I showed him all the problems. Those included done wood posts that should never have been used due to rotting, discoloration, etc. There was also excessive splintering all around. They also left mounds of dirt and rock debris in the back of my property just behind the fence. The crew understood very little English and left without saying they were done so I could I spect everything before they left. Dustin assured me they would correct all these issues within a couple of weeks. The installation was in August and within a month one of my fates had done boards warping. This company's website says they have excellent customer service and quality work. Neither are true. They used lumber regardless of its co notion as if it was never inspected. They left a mess behind and it's now November and they have not come to correct anything g!!! I have called dozens of times and always am given excuses. Initially j was told they could come on a Saturday since I'm not home during the work week. Then I was told they can request the crews to work in a Saturday but they usually don't. I was told they've had a lot of turnover and were trying to get things settled. One delay after the other!!! 4 months later and it's colder weather and will only get cinder for the next few months. Bravo was prompt and their quote was very reasonable. Probably the lowest as compared to all the others and they can get me in pretty quick. After I received the quote I had several questions that the rep was able to address over email. Finally got my fence install scheduled. I could even pay my deposit (50%) with a card without any fees. I got a reminder a day before my install, and the material was dropped off ahead of time. On the day, the installer (single guy since it was a small job) got to my place on time and got to work. He pulled down the old fence and installed the new fence with ease. There was no damage to my property, the fence was installed perfectly and it looked great. I would highly recommend Bravo for any fence project. They do their stuff right and their price is very reasonable. I also had their painting team come out to stain my fence (and my deck). They usually work with Sherwin Williams and Behr water based stains but I asked them what it would take to do an oil based stain. While a little more expensive they were able to accommodate my needs and get my fence and deck looking fantastic (they will pressure wash a few days before and stain after the wood has dried - 2 days at least). The wash, stain, labor and materials is all included in the price they quote. We had some scheduling challenges due to weather but their staff was super accommodating to make sure they come out at the right day/time. Highly recommend.
