Iron crew was fantastic! I called them with a weeks notice to help me with a special family dinner for my father in laws 80th birthday. Our original plans changed and I needed something fabulous- quick. We had an eclectic group of eaters and needed something personal, special and kid friendly. Emma and the team helped us with our first time hosting a party. It was an easy breeze for New Year's eve where everyone had high expectations. We had to plan our party while we were out of the country and Emma was so helpful and easy to work with. The food was superb. Pork Belly Bao Buns and Ahi Poke Cucumber Tostadas with avocado were everyone's favorite bites. The Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass was moist. The Roasted Prime Rib was very tender and Chef Mica even stopped by and did the carving himself! The side dishes were sautéed mushrooms, honey glazed rainbow carrots (my favorite!), and herb red roasted potato (a great complementary with the entree). Iron Catering Crew came through for us Fathers Day weekend on short notice to cater a family event despite juggling multiple other events. The food was not only delicious, but the presentation was absolutely beautiful! They prepared a cheese board, fruit platter, antipasto skewers, "pizzettes", and mini burgers, as well as a cookie tray and a full specially requested cake for dessert. Everyone was blown away by all of it, but the mini burgers were the biggest hit - for young and old alike! The food was amazing. Micah arrived promptly for a Mother's Day Brunch at 11:30am at my house. Menu: Quiche florentine with smoked bacon, avocado toast, salad, open-faced smoked salmon and cucumber tea sandwiches, lemon herb roasted chicken breasts, fresh fruit platter, and chef's choice spring dessert (puff pastry with cream inside). Everything was great. Food tasted and fresh and super delicious. My favorite was the puff pastry. Wow. I am so impressed by these folks! I recently worked a wedding that Iron Catering Crew catered and was pretty blown away. I have worked numerous weddings and haven't encountered the professionalism and customer service that Iron Catering offered. They were there early, helped the planner with setting up and served with a smile all night. There were some picky guests that I honestly wanted to slap but Micah and his team handled it with ease. We even got to eat the food ( meals aren't always provided to the hair and makeup team ‍) - hands down best food I've ever had at the wedding.
