I hired the Branded Chef for a fun Galentine's dinner party this past weekend with my closest girlfriends. Joe and Laura were so sweet and the food turned out AMAZING! All of us couldn't get enough and loved everything. We started out with a charcuterie board to nibble on while we mingled. Once we sat down we were served the raviolo with brown butter and sage (homemade pasta!), the burrata salad, chicken Milanese, and lava cake with raspberries for dessert. We hired Joe for my husband's 40th birthday and we were more than impressed!!! We did a poolside private dining experience for 14 people. Started with tray passed appetizers, and a welcome cocktail Joe help curate according to my husband's taste. This was followed by by a 5 course dinner. There were some members of our party, including my husband, who are vegetarian. Joe was able to craft vege and nonveg options for each course. Every dish from appetizers to desert were absolutely AMAZING!!! Our guests were all very impressed by the food, including the vege options. High quality ingredients, with amazing, unique flavors. Joe was wonderful and extremely helpful in assisting me to choose a fabulous menu...and I knew I'd have a VERY nice meal. HOWEVER, MY BIRTHDAY DINNER/THE BRANDED CHEF EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS!! Joe and Laura (his fabulous partner and sous chef) prepared everything from scratch in my kitchen and presented us with a magnificent 5 course meal that was simply DIVINE! Needless to say, everyone gave up on bringing food and would just pay him to make his specialties haha.
